管路系统标识规则 Rules of Piping Labeling System 一、 订定管路标示密度、标示颜色及标签大小，是为了使人员容易辨别，以降低风险。管路标示适用于Michelin Phase 1车间，厂务机房，仓库，废水处理厂，中央供给系统等管路系统。（如：Water, Exhaust, Drain, Gas, Chemical, Vacuum, Special gas等）。The number, colors and size of piping Labels, which people can easy find the system, and reduce risk. The piping labeling system is suitable for the piping systems, which in Shops, Facility Rooms, Storage Rooms, Waste water Treatment Plant, Central Utility Building(CUB), etc. 二、 标签分类
1、 标签颜色：用于表示管内物质特性颜色。 (Label Color: Indicates the substance inside the piping) 2、 文字：说明内容物质的名称。 (Text: Indicates the name of the substance) 3、 箭头记号：用于表示管内物质流动方向。 (Arrow Symbol: Indicates the flow direction inside piping) 4、 底色意义 (Meaning of the label color)： （1） 红色 – 危险色，表示内容物有毒性，很强或易燃，高温与消防。 (Red – Dangerous, means Substance is very poisonous, easy to burn, high temperature and fire fighting.) （2） 橙色/黄色 – 警告色，表示内容物有毒性，腐蚀性或混水、废水等对人有害者。 (Orange/Yellow – Warning, means Substance is poisonous, corrosive, warm water, waste water etc.) （3） 蓝色/绿色散- 安全色，表示内容物质危险性较小或没有危险 (Blue/Green – Safe, means Substance is almost not dangerous or safe.) 三、 识别标示张贴规定 (Labeling Location Rules)： （保温管道的管径及保温外外径计算，无保温管道以外径计算） 风管底部贴标签时按风管底部的宽度计算，上下风管重叠无法张贴时需要贴在侧面容易识别处） （1） 水平直管部分 (Horizontal Straight Piping)： 管路内径100mm（含）以下：以主要走道上方为基准位张贴一张，再向两侧延伸每隔6m张贴一张。 (Piping is or Smaller than DN100: Paste one label on each pipe on main corridor first, then paste the labels in every 6 meters.)
管路内径100mm（不含）以上：以主要走道上方为基准位张贴一张，再向两侧延伸每隔10m张贴一张。(Piping is Bigger than DN100: Paste one label on each pipe on main corridor, then paste the labels in every 10 meters.)
（2） 垂直直管 (Vertical Straight Piping)： 所有管道（风管及水管）：由地板算起150公分处为基准位张贴一张（标签上缘对齐150公分），再上下延伸每隔6m张贴一张。（每层楼板都按此计算）
(Piping is or Smaller than DN100: Paste one label on each pipe 150mm above the floor (from the floor to the top of label is 150cm), then paste the labels in every 6 meters.)
（3） 三通及弯头转弯处：三通处及转弯处管道便签作为新起点重新开始标识。 （4） 上列管路于阀件，弯头及穿墙两侧部分皆需张贴；管路连接机台时，需于机台接管处再贴一张。
(Both sides of the valves, elbows and the penetrations must be labeled; and paste one label more where the pipe connect to equipment.)
（5） 若为整排管路应注意标示张贴之整齐性。 水平管路各管系标签中心相互对齐。 垂直管路上缘对齐。 ( Should always keep the regulation of the labels. For the horizontal piping system, the centers of all labels must be in one line; for the vertical piping system, the tops of all labels must be in one line.)
（6） 张贴视角 (attitude) 须符合人因工程，且标示文字不可上下颠倒，使人员于操作或紧急应变时能够迅速目击及辨认。
(All the labels must be easy to see, and do not make the texts upside down, in order to see it very easy and clear in short time in emergency.)
（7） 管路标示，请依据本规则办理，若有新增标示名称，应先与米其林讨论决定其样式。 (Please do all the piping labeling system according to this rule; if there is any new system, please contact the relative department of Michelin)

不保温管道涂刷面漆颜色、保温及不保温管道涂刷管道标识符的要求按下表执行。The coated color of finishing paint for un-insulated piping, coated piping mark for insulated and un-insulated piping shall accord with the table below.
