南京某办公楼空调工程设计中文摘要本设计为南京地区某办公楼空调工程设计,该办公楼地下有一层,地上有十层,办公楼里各个房间的设置情况为党员活动室、文体活动室、大厅、大会议室,也有好多小办公室,主要为小办公室。第一层高度为5.7m,其余各层高度为3.9m,总高度为46.8m,建筑总冷负荷为836681W,空调面积为9112.7m2,冷指标为91.8W/m2

,根据各房间大小、功能、使用情况等具体情况合理布置空调设备,例

如面积较大的大厅和营业厅等需要新风量,本设计采用散流器送风的方式,主要为散流器平送,合理的散流器布置能有效的进行除湿、降温并能满足设计风量要求,创造一个舒适的环境。而对于大多数小的办公室,由于其面积不大,所以本设计用了风机盘管加新风系统散流器送风形式,主要是考虑了其使用灵活、便于操作、风机盘管体积小、风机盘管效率高、风机盘管噪音低等优点。该综合办公楼设计的空调水系统拟采用垂直方向的异程式,水平方向同程式的形式。根据南京地域的特点,我选用了离心式冷水水机组,为建筑夏季供冷,除去多余的热量。关键词中央空调系统冷热负荷空调方案离心式式冷水机组河北工程工程大学毕业设计AbstractThedesignforanofficebuildingairconditioningengineeringdesignofNanjing,theofficebuildingundergroundlayer,tohavetenlayer,officebuildingineachroomsetupforPartyactivitiesroom,recreationroom,hall,conferenceroom,alotofsmalloffice,mainlyforsmalloffice.Thefirstlayerheight5.7m,therestofthelayerheight3.9m,withatotalheightof46.8m,totalcoldloadofthebuildingis836681W,air-conditionedareaof9112.7m2,coldindexfor91.8W/m2.Accordingtotheroomsize,thefunction,theuseofspecificsituationofreasonablearrangementofairconditioningequipment,suchaslargerareaofthehallandbusinesshall,etcneedfreshairvolume,thisdesignusesthediffuserairsupplyway,mainlyforbulkflowissent,reasonablebulkflowarrangementcaneffectivelyfordehumidifying,coolingandcanmeetthedesignrequirementofairvolume,tocreateacomfortableenvironment.Andformostofthesmalloffice,duetoitssmallarea,sothisdesignusedfancoilplusfreshairsystemdiffuserairtheform,mainlyconsidertheuseofflexible,easyoperation,fancoilhastheadvantagesofsmallvolume,highefficiencyoffancoilunit,fancoillownoise.Theairconditioningwatersystemdesignedforthecomprehensiveofficebuildingisintendedtoadoptaverticaldirectionofthedifferentprograms,andthehorizontaldirectionofthesameformoftheprogram.Accordingtothe南京市某办公楼空调工程设计IIIcharacteristicsoftheNanjingregion,Ichosethecentrifugalwaterchiller,forthebuildingsummercooling,toremovetheexcessheat.Keywordscentralair-conditioningsystemcoldandhotairloadair
