计算机控制可编程线性直流电源需求说明书
1.概述
IPD系列可编程电源支持国家仪器（National Instrument）的VISA（Virtual instrument Software Architecture）标准，可轻松集成到已使用该标准的自动测试网络中，VISA 是一个用来与各种仪器总线进行通讯的高级应用编程接口（API）。

它不受平台、总线和环境限制。

IPD系统电源支持远程控制模式，提供了RS-232接口或者USB 接口，可以与计算机进行通讯，通过电脑控制软件实现面板上的所有功能。

开发出控制IPD系列可编程线性电源的上位机软件是很有必要的，在测试工作中能够有效的利用资源，提高测试的工作效率。

2.目的
使用计算机控制可编程线性直流电源，实现电源的远程控制模式，通过电脑控制软件实现面板上的所有功能。

3.范围
本需求使用于成都英特罗克科技有限公司生产的型号为IPD-12003SLU 可编程线性直流电源。

采用RS-232接口控制模式。

该控制电源软件采用LAB WINDOWS/CVI开发，
4.需求。

可编程数控升降压直流可调稳压电源1.特点：1.1液晶可显示输入/输出电压，输出电流/输出功率/输出容量/输出时间；1.2.数控调节，精准快捷，可升压可降压，输出电压0.5-30V任意调节，限制电流0-4A任意调节；1.3.输入端防反接保护，反接不会烧毁；1.4.输出端防倒灌，给电池充电时不用另外加防倒灌二极管；1.5.可设置模块默认开启/关闭；1.6.拥有多种软件保护机制，并且保护阈值可调。

模块工作参数超过保护阈值后，自动关闭输出。

1.6.输出纹波小，有π型滤波；1.8.加厚散热片。

2.产品参数输入电压：5.0-30V输出电压：0.5-30V输出电流：能长期稳定工作在3A ，加强散热下可达到4A 输出功率：自然散热35W，加强散热50W电压显示分辨率：0.01V电流显示分辨率：0.001A转换效率：88%左右软启动：有（很大功率带负载模块启动时有可能失效）保护机制：输入防反接；输出防倒灌；输入欠压保护（4.8-30V 可调，默认4.8V）输出过压保护（0.5-31V 可调，默认31V）输出过流保护（0 -4.1A 可调，默认4.1A）输出过功率保护（0 -50W 可调，默认50W）过温保护（80-110℃可调，默认110℃）超时保护（0 -100h 可调，默认关闭）超容量保护（0 -60Ah 可调，默认关闭）工作频率：180KHZ尺寸：长*宽*高 79mm*43mm*26mm重量：92g（含包装）注意：产品触发保护机制后，输出自动关断，液晶屏显示保护代码，按任意键退出保护界面。

4、界面说明5.使用方法：5.1. 切换显示参数——在正常界面下，短按SW，切换显示屏下行的显示，显示内容在电流A 功率W 容量Ah 时间h之间切换。

长按SW 按键，切换显示屏上行的显示，显示内容在输入电压IN 输出电压OUT 之间切换。

5.2. 设置输出电压值——在正常界面下短按U/I按键，进入设置电压恒流界面。

可以看见设置输出电压值的某一位数在闪烁，左右转动旋转编码器，可调大调小。

什么是直流电源和交流电源直流电源（直流供电）是指电流在电路中的方向保持不变的电源。
