七年级英语第一单元教学反思七年级英语增加了考试对学生口语应用的考核。
在平时的教学中,我认为学生对这种考试形式没多大兴趣,特别是一些平时口语基础较差的学生。
还有特别重要的一点值得我们教师注意——每个学生都在不同程度上有潜力可挖,关键在于英语教师在课堂上如何正确引导口语练习活动和调动学生“说”的积极性。
针对这点,我有如下反思:一、转换课堂教学模式在评价体系改革逐渐深化的背景下,“讲解过甚”,“问题过滥”,“练习过多”的课堂教学模式不但效果不好,而且不合时宜。
在课堂上,教师应有意识地创设用英语的环境,引导学生联系自身经验和知识背景,给课本的学习材料赋予意义.这样学生才能有效地学习,主动建构知识,体验进步,获得快乐,反思低效率,重负担,书山题海式的教学模式,践行“以人为本”的教学理念,让学生体验到英语学习所带来的快意和满足感,真正发展学生的综合语言运用能力。
具体运用到课堂教学中,有以下几点想法:<1>预备性活动(教师启动)新教材以topic为核心组成一个单元。
在预习新课前布置学生一些口头作业,课堂上启发学生就这一课的topic做些简单的口语练习,了解学生原有的认知程度,检验学生的口头作业情况,帮助教师掌握教学进度的安排。
<2>过渡性活动(师生互动)在了解学生之后,教师在接下来的课堂时间发挥指导监督作用,给予学生较宽松的理解和思维空间,把本课重点形式的结构,规则与课文内容结合起来,教师和某一两个学生演示一段,让学生模仿或采用相互问答,游戏,画图并看图说话等形式。
这一阶段活动可持续十五分钟左右。
<3>交际性活动(学生主动)这项活动属于自由开放式活动。
学生在已学语言知识和技能基础上,根据自己意愿开展相关活动,以课本为中心、以生活为中心、提倡学生创设情境展开形式多样的活动,如role playing、group discussion、interview etc。
教师在这一阶段活动中起答疑作用(as students work、move around the classroom、checking on progress、offering assistance and answering questions)。
