A trip to Inner Mongolia
Vast grassland, running and prancing steeds, delicious characteristics snacks, blue sky and white cloud etc, that's Inner Mongolia. Last summer vacation, my family and I went on a journey to Inner Mongolia for two weeks. For us, it is a really memorable trip. Because we not only saw the delightful scenery and doing interesting activities there, but also had great fun with the friendly local people.
We lived in the yurt the same as which Mongolians lives in, eating the local food like roast mutton, Milk Tofu, House Milk Wine, brick tea and so on.
As for me, the most interesting thing is riding horses. Living on the Inner Mongolia prairie, I rode the horse with my herdsman friend for 2 to 3 hours every day. I love horseback riding extremely because I like the feeling when I am riding on horseback. As the horse is running, the scenes around me felling back quickly, all the things that I can see are green grass, pretty flowers, blue sky and white cloud, making me feel like flying in the sky.
In addition, in order to watch the fire dancing show, we went to herders' home for the bonfire party. Scarcely had we arrived there, when the hospitable herders asked us to join them. Around the big bonfire in the middle, everyone was singing and dancing, laughing and yelling. The fire lit up everybody's face. And the smiling on each person's face is as bright as a flame. That night, all the people had a really great time.
Inner Mongolia is a place that really worth to visit more than once. Each time I went there, I saw different scenery, making new friends, and getting new rewards. Thus, I really look forward to going to there again next time.
