随着科学技术的不断发展,人类对水泥的需求日益提高,但是随着水泥使用,由于水泥凝结而引起的种种问题并没有得到解决。

虽然人们对水泥溶解剂的研究很早就有展开,但是目前依然止步于发展阶段。

市面上的水泥溶解剂因为见效慢,反应不够完全,对于金属仪器有严重腐蚀等种种方面原因而没能得到推广。

本文试着通过阐述水泥的分类、形成机理、解析水泥溶解剂的组成成分、分析了溶解剂中各成分对水泥溶解的影响,确定其中的主要影响因素,并最终通过正交试验的方法得出了水泥溶解剂的最佳试验配比。

在本文中同样阐述了对最佳实验配比的各个性能检测,最终得出具有对水泥溶解高效率,对含铁类金属低腐蚀,储存稳定性好等多项优良性能的产品。

Abstrzct: With the continuous development of science and technology, H uman’s demand for cement is also increasing. However, because of the use of cement, the problems result from the solidification of cement have not been solved. Although people have done
development. Now the cement dissolution agents on the market have not been widely used because of the slow effect, incomplete reaction, severe corrosion to metal instruments and so on. This article try to find out the main influence factors according to the classification of cement, the formation mechanism, the component of cement dissolution agents and different component of the dissolution agents’influence on the dissolution of cement. And eventually get the best formula of cement dissolution by using the method of orthogonal test, In addition, the article describe the test on the different performances of the optimum ratio, finally obtain the product with the advantages of high dissolution rate, low corrosive to iron or other metal and excellent storage stability.
