A: Good afternoon, Madam. I’m very glad to be in this interview.
B: Good afternoon. Sit down, please. First, tell me something about yourself, please. A: I’m Wu Hongshan. I graduated from Guangzhou International Economics College, majoring in Business English with a Associate Degree. I come here for the position of Assistant Director.
B:Can you sell yourself in two minutes？ Go for it.（你能在两分钟內自我推荐吗？

A: With my qualifications and experience, I feel I am hardworking, responsible and diligent in any project I undertake. Your organization could benefit from my analytical and interpersonal skills(依我的资格和经验，我觉得我对所从事的每一个项目都很努力、负责、勤勉。
我的分析能力和与人相处的技巧，对贵单位必有价值。
)
B:What do you think you are worth to us？(你怎么认为你对我们有价值呢？) A:During my internship period,I learnt how to communicate with others, hoe to deal with urgent troubles, how to think independence and how to keep the values of team work.(在实习期间，我学会了如何与别人沟通，如何处理紧急事件，如何维持团队合作的价值)
B: Do you work well under stress or pressure？(你能承受工作上的压力吗?)
A:Yes, I think so. The trait is needed in my current position and I know I can handle it well. (这种特点就是我目前工作所需要的，我知道我能应付自如。
)
B:If this were your first annual review with our company, what would I be telling you right now?
（假如现在是你在我们公司做首次年度总结，我该告诉你一些什么呢？）
A:You’d be thanking me for a job well done and would be explaining how you look forward to continuing to see good work from me . Further more, I would anticipate your explaining how you really appreciated my putting in extra time on some key projects and how my creative thinking helped come up with some innovative solutions to existing problems.(您要感谢我把工作完成得很好，并说明您渴望能够继续看到我工作的好成绩。
更重要的是，我希望您能告诉我，您很欣赏我为一些重要项目加班加点工作的行为，还有我富有创造性的思维是如何有助于对存在的问题提出改革方案的)
B:How long would you like to stay with our company? 你能在我们公司待多久？
A:I won’t leave as long as I have opportunity to apply my knowledge. B:Glad to talk to you. We will contact you later.
