一、功能和用途
EL10全数字光照度传感器使用高精度光电传感器,是艾贝斯专为ETW/ETH时控器及FAC4开发的一款高精度光照强度采集设备。
广泛应用于需要获得光照的强度的设备。
如路灯控制设备,产矿照明间控设备等。
其具有标准RS485输出接口,方便自由扩展。

三、使用说明
1、RS485通信
EL10全数字光照度传感器具有数字量输出接口,系统采用工业级RS485通信协议进行传输数据。
仅需接通AB信号线及系统电源线即可以使用。

五、注意事项
1、由于防水等级不高,请不要置于雨水可以淋到的地方。
2、两级档位出厂前已固定。
3、由于模拟量接收信号干扰较大,请不要远距离使用模拟量的方式。
传感器录井传感器是综合录井仪最基础的部分,其工作性能的好坏直接影响着录井质量。
录井传感器可分为绞车传感器、泵冲传感器、转盘转速传感器、悬重传感器、立管压力传感器、套管压力传感器、扭矩传感器、温度传感器、密度传感器、电导率传感器、体积传感器、流量传感器、硫化氢传感器等。
一、绞车传感器1、工作原理绞车传感器安装在绞车轴上,可以监测整个钻进过程中绞车轴转动所产生的角位移。
通过计算就可以得到钻进过程中大钩的高度变化,从而得到当前的钻井深度。
传感器内部装有两只光电开关,并配有一片带齿片的遮光片,当遮光片随绞车轴转动时,分别阻断或导通传感器内两只光电开关间隙中的红外光线,从而发出两组相应的电脉冲信号,此信号送入仪器经识别处理后就可以得到相应的角位移方向和变化值。
2、技术指标工作电压: 3-12V (DC);推荐工作电压 5V(DC)输出电平:高电平≥4.3V;低电平≤0.5V(5V供电时)。
工作温度:–40℃~80℃功耗: 30mw响应时间:150μS3、安装和使用引出脚接线规定传感器为4线制,分别定义为:红色 +5V;黑色 0V;蓝色信号A;黄色信号B。
安装操作步骤绞车传感器安装在绞车轴上,滚筒轴两端均可安装,但输出相位的位序相反,为正确确定转轴方向,接收仪器有相应的倒向开关,传感器外壳可靠接地。
安装时,卸下滚筒轴端面的护罩及导气龙头的气动接头,先将传感器安装牢固,再把气动接头装上,用绞车皮带将传感器的外壳固定牢固后,装上护罩,最后将电缆线接至接收仪器。
4、一般故障判断及排除如绞车传感器在绞车轴旋转过程中,无信号输出,即两路脉冲或一路脉冲信号出故障,首先应检查加长电缆的断线或损坏。
如怀疑绞车传感器出故障,在通电情况下缓慢转动绞车传感器轴,同时用万用表直流电压挡分别测量传感器的信号A脚和B脚输出的电压,如果绞车传感器工作正常,输出电压为高电平≥4.3V;低电平≤0.5V。
5、维护保养采取防水、防污染等外部防护措施以提高其寿命和可靠性。

不同角度光线透过余弦修正器汇聚到感光区域、汇聚到感光区域的太阳光通过蓝色和

光照度传感器应安装在四周空旷,感应面以上没有任何障碍物的地方。

电缆插头正对北方,调整好水平位置,将其牢牢固定,再将总辐射表输出电缆与记录器相
连接,即可观测。

实验5.10 光敏传感器的基本特性与应用研究凡是能将光信号转换为电信号的传感器称为光敏传感器,也称为光电式传感器,它可用于检测直接由光强度变化引起的非电量,如光强、光照度等;也可用来检测能转换成光量变化的其它非电量,如零件直径、表面粗糙度、位移、速度、加速度及物体形状、工作状态识别等。
光敏传感器具有非接触、响应快、性能可靠等特点,因而在工业自动控制及智能机器人中得到广泛应用。
光敏传感器的物理基础是光电效应,光电效应通常分为外光电效应和内光电效应两大类。
在光辐射作用下电子逸出材料的表面,产生光电子发射称为外光电效应,或光电子发射效应,基于这种效应的光电器件有光电管、光电倍增管等。
电子并不逸出材料表面的则是内光电效应(包括光电导效应、光生伏特效应)。
也即半导体材料的许多电学特性都因受到光的照射而发生变化。
几乎大多数光电控制应用的传感器都是基于内光电效应的器件,通常有光敏电阻、光敏二极管、光敏三极管、硅光电池等。
本实验主要是研究光敏电阻、硅光电池、光敏二极管、光敏三极管等光敏传感器的伏安特性和光照特性,及两个具体应用电路。

光照特性:光敏传感器的光谱灵敏度与入射光强之间的关系称为光照特性,有时光敏传感器的输出电压或电流与入射光强之间的关系也称为光照特性,光照特性是光敏传感器应用设计时选择参数的重要依据之一。

Each obstruction (roof, walls, floors, ceilings, etc.) will effectively cut signal range in half.• Metal, stucco, and some types of glass can reduce signal range by as much as ¾ or more, compared to the ½ reduction typical of most obstructions. It is possible toreceive a signal through these materials, however maximum range will be reduced due to their tendency to absorb or reflect a much larger portion of the sensor’s signal.• The sensor measures and updates the temperature and humidity on the LCD every 6 seconds.Note : The new measurement is reported to your account at intervals that you select using your online account.1. Remove the battery cover by sliding the cover down.2. Observing the correct polarity install 2-AAA batteries. The batteries will fit tightly (to avoid start-up problems make sure they do not spring free).3. Do not mix old and new batteries.4. Do not mix alkaline, lithium, standard or rechargeable batteries.5. Replace the battery cover by sliding upwards and check that it is securely fitted.• Low battery icon appears on LCD when batteries are low. • You will receive an e-mail or mobile text message alert when the battery power of the sensor is low. 光合有效辐射智能传感器的工作原理:
光合有效辐射表采用硅光探测器,通过一个400~700nm的光学滤光器,当有光照时,产生一个与入射辐射强度成正比的电压信号,并且其灵敏度与入射光的直射角度的余弦成正比。
每台光合有效辐射表都给出各自的灵敏度,并可以直接读出单位为μmol/m2·s 的测量数值。
