毕业设计(论文)打印机侧盖模具设计及成型工艺学院:机械工程学院专业:材料成型及控制工程摘要本设计利用UG软件,进行塑料模具设计与制造,从塑件成型工艺分析、模芯设计、塑料模具结构设计以及加工制造的全过程,为缩短成型周期奠定基础。

本设计首先分析了打印机侧盖的工艺特点,文中介绍了打印机侧盖注塑成型模具设计要点及模具的设计过程。

重点说明了打印机侧盖的结构设计分析和打印机侧盖的工艺特点。

该模具采用一模一腔、直浇口、两板模,并针对塑件的工艺特点进行模具的设计包括模具型腔数目的确定,注塑机的选择,模具分型面、冷却系统、浇注系统、分型机构等的设计过程。

还有对注塑模具成型零件工作尺寸的计算,并介绍了模具的主要零件加工工艺及模具的装配过程。

该模具结构紧凑,工作可靠,操作方便,生产效率高等。
