English is such a fun language to speak and write. At first, it was kind of hard for me, but now I feel pretty good at communicating in English. I want to share some tips with you on how you can learn to talk and share in English too!The most important thing is to practice speaking English as much as you can. Don't be afraid to make mistakes - that's how we learn! Whenever you get a chance, try saying something out loud in English. You can practice with your parents, siblings, teachers, or even your pets! If no one is around, you can look in the mirror and just talk to yourself. Silly as it sounds, it really helps!Another great way to practice is by watching movies, TV shows, and videos in English. Kids' shows and movies are perfect because they use simpler words and speak a bit slower. As you watch, really pay attention and try to understand what the characters are saying. You can also repeat some of the lines out loud to practice your pronunciation.Reading is super important too. I really like reading English books, comics, and magazines for kids. When I come across words I don't know, I look them up in the dictionary or ask someone what they mean. The more you read, the more vocabulary you'll learn. Pretty soon, you'll barely need to look words up anymore!Once you start feeling more confident, you can practice writing in English too. Start a journal or diary and write a few sentences every day about what you did, how you felt, oranything else on your mind. Don't worry about making it perfect at first. Just get used to putting your thoughts into words in English.It's also helpful to find English language partners to practice with. Maybe you have classmates or friends who are also learning English. You can get together sometimes and take turns asking each other questions or telling stories in English. If you make mistakes, you can gently correct each other. Having practice conversations is great preparation for real life!Whenever you're feeling stuck or frustrated, don't give up! Learning a new language is challenging, but it gets easier over time. Be patient with yourself and celebrate your progress, no matter how small. Even little improvements are exciting steps towards becoming a confident English speaker and writer.One amazingly fun thing about English is that it's spoken all over the world! Once you feel good at communicating in English, you'll be able to make friends and connect with so many different people and cultures. You might travel to cool new places someday and be able to use your English skills. Or you could join an online group and chat with kids from other countries. How awesome is that?I'm still working on improving my English every day, but I'm really proud of how far I've come. I'm not perfect, but I can understand movies and books, write stories and emails, and have conversations in English without too much trouble. I know that if I keep practicing and trying my best, I'll get even better!So those are my tips for how to learn to communicate and share in the amazing English language. It takes patience, practice, and not being afraid to make mistakes. But I promise it's worth it! Pretty soon, you'll be reading, writing, and speaking English like a pro. Then you can share your skills with others and help them learn too. The more we can all communicate, the better we can understand each other's cultures, experiences, and perspectives. What could be cooler than that?Thanks for reading my essay! I hope these suggestions are helpful for you on your own journey to becoming an English master. Just remember to have fun with it and keep that practice up. Pretty soon, you'll be chatting away in English without even thinking about it. ZHONGXIAOXUE KETANG JIAOXUE YANJIU一、教学分析1.教学内容分析教学内容是连接教师的教和学生的学的桥梁和纽带,是教学目标的具体表现形式[1]。
本课教学内容选自冀教版教材《Learning English》九年级上册“Unit9 Communication”中的“Lesson 50 Tips for Good Communication”。
文本话题是社会交往,话题的核心词汇包括communication,get along well with,keep promises,cancel等。
基于对阅读材料和学生情况的分析,本课设定了以下教学目标:(1)理解以下词汇:interpersonal, eye contact,passport, proper;能在语境中运用以下词汇:cancel, keep promises, waste time doing,ahead of time。

Passage 1:Recent studies have shown that physical exercise can significantly improve mental health. Regular exercise has been linked to reduced stress levels, improved mood, and increased self-esteem. Physical activity stimulates the production of endorphins, which are known as the "feel-good" hormones. These hormones help to reduce feelings of anxiety and depression.In addition to the positive effects on mental health, exercise also enhances cognitive function. Physical activity increases blood flow to the brain, which improves concentration and memory. Studies have found that exercise can even help prevent age-related cognitive decline and reduce the risk of developing neurological disorders such as Alzheimer's disease.To reap the mental and cognitive benefits of exercise, it is recommended to engage in moderate-intensity physical activity for at least 150 minutes per week. This can include activities such as brisk walking, cycling, swimming, or dancing. It's important to find an exercise routine that you enjoy and can stick to in the long term. Incorporating regular exercise into your daily life can have a significant positive impact on your overall well-being.Passage 2:Over the past decade, there has been a growing interest in mindfulness meditation as a way to reduce stress and improve mental health. Mindfulness involves being fully present and aware of the present moment, withoutjudgment. It can be practiced through various techniques such as meditation, deep breathing, or focusing on sensations in the body.Research has shown that mindfulness meditation can help reduce anxiety and depression. It has also been found to promote a sense of calmness and overall well-being. By practicing mindfulness, individuals can learn to manage their thoughts and emotions more effectively, leading to better mental resilience and stress management.In addition to its mental health benefits, mindfulness meditation has also been linked to improved physical health. Studies have shown that it can lower blood pressure, reduce chronic pain, and boost the immune system. By promoting relaxation and reducing stress, mindfulness can contribute to a healthier body and a stronger immune response.To incorporate mindfulness into your daily life, it is recommended to set aside a few minutes each day for meditation or other mindfulness activities. Start with shorter sessions and gradually increase the duration as you become more comfortable. With regular practice, mindfulness can become a valuable tool for managing stress and improving overall well-being.二、完形填空Going camping can be a fun and rewarding experience for people of all ages. Study Tip 1: Set specific, realistic, and practical goalsDo you have language goals?Having specific goals is necessary if you want to improve your English. Saying I want to speak better is too general. I want to learn more words so I can explain my thoughts more clearly is more specific. It’s easier to get something when you know exactly what you want.Wanting and getting are two different things. Sometimes what we want just isn’t a realistic goal.For example, let’s say you want to increase your vocabulary. Great –but is learning 100 words a week realistic? Probably not. You may be able to memorize 100 definitions in 7 days, but it’s not likely you’ll be able to use all the words accurately and appropriately in conversation or writing. Also, in the second week of s tudy, you’re likely to forget most of the first 100 words as you try to make room in your head for the next 100. Be realistic. 10-20 words a week can be learned and retained with good study, practice, and review.Finally, you need to have practical goals. I want to speak faster sounds like a good goal at first, but if you think it over, is being fast what defines good speaking? The whole point is to be successful at communicating, so it’s better to focus on accuracy than speed. Talking like a native speak er doesn’t mean you have to speak fast. Being fluent means you have good grammar, good vocabulary, and clear pronunciation.Once you set specific, realistic, and practical goals, you need a plan of study. Can you give at least 10-15 minutes a day to your English studies? It’s okay if you don’t have a book to follow or a private tutor to guide you. There’s a lot you can do on your own. Here’s just one possibility. Try this enjoyable 10-step activity to improve your vocabulary, pronunciation, listening, and writing:1. Choose a song in English that you like.2. Listen once. Try to understand as much as you can.3. Listen a second time. Pause as needed. Write down the lyrics (the words) as best you can.4. Find a copy of the lyrics online. Correct your work.5. Read through the lyrics and underline words or phrases you don’t understand well. Use a dictionary to look up the new words. Use an online dictionary such as or . They have audio recordings so you can hear the correct pronunciation of a word. Is there some expression you can’t find in a dictionary? Post a question on the Ask & Answer section here on EC.6. Next, listen to the song again and read along silently. Focus on understanding.7. Read the lyrics aloud without the music. Focus on pronunciation.8. Now try singing along while looking at the lyrics. If there’s a fast or difficult phrase to pronounce, press pause and practice singing that line more slowly. Then continue with the music. Repeat this step more than once. It will take time to sing smoothly.9. Soon the lyrics will become familiar to the po int where you won’t be reading as you sing along. At this point, you can really focus on smooth, connected speech. (If you can, record yourself and then listen. What do you think about your own pronunciation?)10. Remember the words and expressions you did n’t understand back in Step 5? Go back to those underlined words. Can you create sentences with them? Use that new vocabulary in a short blog posting. Other EC member will comment and offer suggestions.Should I learn British or American spelling?I’ve been asked this question more than once. My answer is to be familiar with both sets of spellings but use only one. In other words, train yourself to be flexible as a reader, but consistent as a writer. When I write to my friend in Wales, I write with my knowledge of American English.She writes back with her knowledge of British English. We’ve become familiar with the differences, so we understand each other, but we continue to use our different spelling patterns. In this global world, you’ll have to deal with the differences. However, you’ll come to realize (US)/ realise (UK) that differences don’t have to stop communication. Just take some time to note patterns:/~wwwesl/egw/jones/differences.htmStudy Tip 2: Learn to spell correctlyHow can I improve my spelling?• Read. Reading is very good practice for many skills. You need to see words often for the meanings, usage, and spellings to become familiar.• Write. Write a little on your blog each week here on EC. Check your spelling with a dictionary. Don’t always rely on a computer program to fix your mistakes. If you’re uncertain about how to write a word, look it up.• Practice.When you learn a new word, writ e it as well as say it. It’s not enough to learn the definition. Master the pronunciation and spelling. When you say the new word, try to see it in your mind. Writing both in your mind and on paper will make the spelling more familiar.• Play. There are many sites with word games. Some are designed for children learning to read in their native language of English, but the activities can be helpful for adult language learners, too! You're sure to find at least one fun and helpful activity by visiting these sites:1. Interactive spelling games (beginner-advanced). I found a game called Word Check useful. /spell/index.html More games at /spelling.html AND/interactive/literacy.html#72. Interactive spelling activity (beginner). The game is based on a children's TV show and the characters help you spell out everyday words. It’s also a fun way to review the letter names./wordworld/characters/sheep.html3. Word scrambles (intermediate-advanced)./word-games/Word-Scramble/Word-Scramble-Gam...4. Word searches (advanced)./word-games/Word-Search/Word-Search-Game .ht...5. Create your own word search (beginner-advanced). Choose words you often misspell or words you’ve just learned and make your own game with online software. As you try to find the word with your eyes, you are testing your memory of the correct spelling./aweb/tools/words/search/6. Try rhyming games (beginner-advanced). Understanding which letters make which sounds will help you master spelling. I had fun trying games on this site: /rhymes.html Also, using a rhyming dictionary can increase your awareness of similar sounding words. /online2.html OR/Playing word games is especially helpful. While you're having fun, you are relaxed, so you can actually learn very well. For example, as you rhyme, you'll make yourself more aware of spelling patterns. This may prove to be a better method than simply memorizing rules. However, you should know that spelling rules do exist. While I don't think it would be effective to sit down and memorize them all today, I do think you can note these sites and use them as a reference./englishspellingrules.html/grammar-rules/spelling-rules.html/28rules.aspxThis one lists commonly confused words. These words (homophones) sound the same, but are spelled differently:/english/spell.htmlHappy studies!How often do you read in English? Reading has many benefits, but you’ll have the best experience if you understand what to read and how to read.WHAT SHOULD YOU READ?• Blog entries like this one and by other EC members. You’ll learn something new from each one. It could be a study tip, interesting facts about another culture, or another point of view on some issue.• News articles. These are generally good language models for grammar, vocabulary, and sentence structure. You’ll stay informed of current issues, too.The New York TimesThe Times (UK)CNN International• Novels, poems, jokes, horoscopes, and celebrity gossip. You need to remember that reading is a form of entertainment. Let English help you get more laughs, more conversation, and more things to think about.Classic books online.Romance novels online.Poetry online.• Instructions and informational texts. Do you have to assemble a bookshelf? Do the instructions come in several languages? Try reading them in English. (You can always make sure you understand by reading them in your native language, too.) The point is to use English to get information you need. Read tomorrow’s weather forecast on an English website. Read and use a recipe in English for tonight’s dinner. Find out how to wash your clothe s by reading what’s written on the care labels (the tags). Read the signs in English at the train station. Make yourself familiar with the language needed for everyday living.HOW SHOULD YOU READ?• Slowly and carefully. This is a good way to read when you need to understand in detail. This means taking the time to look up words you don’t understand.• Multiple times. If you have a large and difficult text to read, try reading it more than once. First, look at the title and try to predict(guess) what the text will be about. Next, read through the text once (or the first section, the first chapter, etc.) and try to get a general understanding. Did you at least understand the main idea? Then, go back and do a more careful reading. Are there still word s you don’t understand? Can you guess what the word means by looking at the whole sentence? If not, it’s time to look the word up in a dictionary. As time allows, go back and read a third time. Do you understand the main idea of each paragraph? Start to note details as well. At the end, try to summarize what you read. This can be done in your head, but you’ll gain more if you try writing the summary on paper.• Without pressure. Don’t stress yourself by thinking every word must be understood. Sometimes you can get the information you need without using a dictionary as you read each sentence. This is especially true when you're reading for fun. Find an author you like. Read to understand the story, and don’t worry about understanding all the vocabulary and grammar structures. If you like the book, you’ll get through it rather quickly, and it will be interesting enough to read a second time. At that point, you can look up new words or ask someone about an unfamiliar grammatical structure.• With a partner or group. Join a book club here in EC or find someone with similar interests. You can both read the same novel, poem, or article and then discuss it. This will help you understand the text more, and you’ll have the chance to practice using new words and expressions you learned while reading.• Aloud. Reading aloud is good pronunciation practice. There are sites that offer both a written text and an audio or video clip. Listen first. Then read the text silently for better understanding. Finally, try reading aloud. Listen to a sentence, and repeat it. Later, if you can, try to read along with the speaker at the same pace. If you have a recording option, record your reading and play it back. How close is your pronunciation to the original?Storyline Online(children’s stories read aloud: video with a transcript)OhmyNews International (news stories and English language lessons with written texts and podcasts)Randall's Cyber Listening Lab(See “Listening Quizzes fo r Academic Purposes”. Each one has a transcript you can use for reading practice.)Example: “Arches National Park”Happy reading!Study Tip 4: Improve your vocabulary.Having a good vocabulary allows us to express our ideas. No one likes to feel limited in self-expression because we all want to be understood and appreciated. Both in our native language and any foreign language we study, we should make it our goal to acquire enough vocabulary so we can make accurate word choices. For example, you may find it easier to say an actor is good, but perhaps the word you are really searching for is talented. Likewise, you can tell your dinner hosts that dessert is good, but delicious would be more accurate. And at work, I’m sure it would make you happy to hear your boss compliment your very good work, but wo uldn’t it be even more of a thrill to hear about your exceptional performance?Do you see my point? Basic vocabulary makes communication possible, but without more advanced words and expressions our communication can lack accuracy, variety, and depth. Vocabulary both facilitates and “colors” our speech. Vocabulary is a tool to communicate our ideas, and our word choice is a reflection of who we are.How can you improve your vocabulary?1. Read.Reading is one of the best ways to improve your vocabulary. When you read, you can see a new word in context, that is, as part of a whole sentence. The context helps you understand the meaning of the new word.If you’re still not certain, you can easily p ause and look up the word in a dictionary to confirm the definition. Also, when you read, you cannote the spelling of a new word because you see its written form. Try reading articles, novels, and other kinds of texts on a regular basis. (See Study Tip 3).2. Listen to others. You can also expose yourself to new vocabulary by listening to others’ speech. You might hear a new word in a song or as part of a news report. You can learn a new word from a study partner or a salesperson at store. Try to understand a new word in the context it appears, and when you get the chance later, look it up in a dictionary to confirm its definition and review its pronunciation.3. Make use of online dictionaries. Dictionaries are free and easy to use. My favorites include:Merriam-Webster (Check out the 3,000 words recommended for English learners.)Your DictionaryLongman Dictionary of Contemporary English(A learner’s dictionary with many clear examples to understand the usage of a word)Most online dictionaries have audio recordings of words. This helps you learn how to correctly pronounce new vocabulary. Also, some dictionaries note common phrases that the vocabulary appears in. These common phrases are called collocations, and they show frequent, natural groupings of words. For example, we say take a nap, take a test, and take a break. It would be uncommon and unnatural to say do a test or make a break. When you learn a new word, note the phrase it appears in. If you learn common phrases with the new word, it will make it easier for you to use the word correctly and naturally in your own speech.4. Use online ESL/ EFL resources. There are many English teachers who try to help learners by offering free vocabulary practice. Search for material that doesn’t simply teach words and their definitions, but alsoputs the words in a meaningful and memorable context. If attention is given to pronunciation and appropriacy (when and when not to use the vocabulary), that’s even better. Some recommended resources:My vocabulary lessons on YouTubeKenneth Beare’s Vocabulary Quizzes and Tests for English LearnersMaterials by EC’s Expert Teachers. For example, Smiling7 and jessicadold.5. Put it all into use.It’s not enough to study vocabulary. You must use it to really learn it. Making mistakes is part of learning, so don’t be afraid to try out a new word. One safe place for this kind of practice is your blog on EnglishCafe. Try including new words in your next blog posting. (Remember the collocations you’ve learned.) Other members are here to support you by offering suggestions and comments.6. Consider studying word parts and word families. For more advanced vocabulary study, consider learning how words are formed. This means learning about roots, prefixes, and suffixes. For example, we can take the word use and add the prefix mis- and get misuse. Then by adding the suffix -age we get misusage. By knowing prefixes and suffixes, you can more easily understand new words when you first encounter them. Also, by knowing word families, you can increase the accuracy of your sentence structure. For instance, pronunciation and pronounce belong to the same word family. To build a sentence correctly, you need to know that pronunciation is the noun and pronounce is the verb.Study Tip 5: Be an active listener.Listening is a skill in itself, but it’s also a way to improve other skills.• If you choose good models, you can learn useful words and expressions.• If you choose good models, you can increase your understanding of pronunciation patterns.• If you chose good models, you can hear correct grammar in use.What do I mean by good models? Well, I don’t mean that you should only listen to formal English used in lectures and TV documentaries. I also don’t mean that you s hould only hold conversations with highly educated speakers or speakers of one particular dialect as opposed to another. What I mean is that you will gain by listening to people whose proficiency in English is as strong as or higher than yours and by listening to speech that is clear and accurate. My advice is to communicate with as many people as you can in English, regardless of their language level, but when you are in the company of people with strong knowledge of English, pay attention and learn from them.Another point I wish to make concerns the dangers of listening to what is known as “street talk”. That’s the language which uses a lot of slang –vocabulary that’s not understood by all social groups and generations. It’s also the language which doesn’t always follow standard grammar and may include some offensive words. It certainly helps to understand such speech when you hear it, but imitating more standard speech has more potential for successful communication than imitating non-standard speech.More tips on being an active listener:1. Seek opportunities to hear different accents. For example, on EnglishCafe you can listen to teachers from different countries. Look for blog entries or lessons that include audio clips. You can also search online and find news podcasts, films, and audio books that feature a range of accents. The site offers recorded conversations among native and non-native speakers. Each of those conversations presents a learning opportunity. The goal is to increase your ability to understand variations in pronunciation and expose yourself to good use of vocabulary and grammar.2. Imitate good models.Discreetly (meaning quietly and without calling attention to yourself), you can play a private game. Listen to the talk around you and try repeating whole lines of speech exactly as you heard them. This can be done at the bus stop, the grocery store, or school cafeteria. The game of imitation is much like taking on a dramatic role. Pretend you are the person you just heard and repeat his or her words exactly as you heard them. By paying close attention to other people’s speech patterns, you’ll become more aware of yours. If you aren’t in an English-speaking country, you can repeat after speakers on TV or in films.3. Focus on the context in order to learn new vocabulary and understand the grammar. If you hear a new word or expression, think about what the person is talking about. Can you guess from the other words what the speaker means? Getting the basic meaning is sometimes enough, at least until you get the chance to look up the new word in the dictionary or ask someone who can explain the word to you. Similarly, think not just about what someone said but how the person said it. This is a good way to remember correct use of a verb tense, an article, or other grammar.。

采取较为特殊的跟踪方式,加深客户对您的印象;
为每一次跟踪找到漂亮的借口;
注意两次跟踪时间间隔,太短会使客户厌烦,太长会使客户淡忘,我们推荐的间隔为2-3
周;

邮件有对您的称呼(至少不是群发询盘的客户);有提起询问相应的产品(对产品感兴趣的);
简单介绍他们公司背景的(让您了解他公司,表示诚信)。
这些邮件当然属于需要回复的。因为至少客户是认真地对贵公司发的询盘,您也应该认真的回复。
第二大类
第二大类::优先级一般
没有称谓也没有提到产品名称,只是告诉对您公司有兴趣的;一开始就要你寄报价单和样品的;
另外,您也可以通过不同的渠道去了解对方的实力。比如客户留下的联系方式是否有网址;
拿他发过来的EMAIL地址后缀当网址去访问下是否是企业的网站;通过搜索引擎去搜索对方的
公司名称了解下情况,等等。询盘就是我们的财富,对于那些与我们的产品相关性不大的,在回
复后可以搜集起来,当作行业资讯来分析,可以了解市场趋势和需求动态,作为自己研发的第一
手资料。
