部分英语教师在为学生批改作文的时候,只重视给予学生评估结果,却不重视应用评估的结果引导学生思考作文中存在的问题,这样的作文批改方法带来作文反馈不足的问题。
为了提高高中英语教师作文教学的效率,本次研究说明了高中英语作文教学中有效反馈及策略。
1. 提出问题
部分学生收到教师批改的作文以后,发现教师只给自己评一个综合的作文分数,为什么教师给的作文分数这么低呢?学生得不到学习反馈;部分学生收到了教师批改的作文,发现作文下面被划了一条横线,这条横线是什么意思?学生看到这条横线不能迅速的找到学习的方向;部分学生收到了教师批改的作文,教师在作文后给出评语,这样的作文写得乱七八糟,用句用词错误一堆,语法错误更多,学生看到这样的评语,只觉得自己的学习成果被教师否定了,于是得到了负面的反馈效果。
2. 英语作文教学中有效反馈内涵
高中英语教师评估学生作文,不应只是给学生一个分数,或者告诉学生哪里犯了写作错误。
教师要通过给学生写评语,提高学生的写作兴趣、引导学生深入思考作文中犯的错误、让学生找到提高写作水平的方向。
教师的教学反馈只有达到这种教果,才叫有效的反馈。
当前初高中英语教师可以应用给予学生看作文范本、给予学生情感的鼓励、给予学生细节引导的方式来修改学生的作文,以上的方法既是英语作文评价有效的教学反馈。

教师可以应用引导学生看范文的方式来找到学习的方向,教师为学生推荐一篇范文可以成为有效的作文评论,教师在为学生批改作文时,不能要求学生一次性地完成作文,教师要多次地引导学生修改作文,帮助学生不断完善作文,使学生了解到随意写完一篇作文不如认真修改完一篇作文可获得更多的收获。
教师在学生找到学习方向时要应用持续评价的方法帮助学生不断完善作文。
3.2有效修改
部分学生的英语基础不扎实,他们写的英语作文可能存在时态的错误、单复数的错误、其它的语法错误等。
如果教师直接告诉学生他们错在哪里,学生可能会失去学习的探究心;如果教师不告诉学生犯下的错误,学生可能会找不到学习目标,从而不愿意学习英语知识。
英语教师可以应用告诉学生错误类别的方法引导学生学习。
比如有一名学生在写英语作文时,想说:“我喜欢熊猫,熊猫长得软暖短圆,是小萌物的范本。
” 学生描述的英语句子为:“I love pandas, pandas grow soft, warm, short and round,are a model of small adorable.”他的英语教师在学生写的这句话下勾了线,告诉他,这句话犯了单复数的错误和动词应用的错误,然后要求学生改完作文后说明为什么之前写作出现了错误,改正的方向在哪里。
教师要求学生改正写作错误时,不仅要引导学生纠正错误,还要引导学生思考作文错在哪里,要求学生把与之相关的英语语法理解写出来。
这一名学生经过教师的引导,便理解了与之相关的英语语法知识。
英语教师在为学生修改基础的错误时,要引导学生了解他们犯了哪个类型的错误,犯了多少错误,这是学生自主学习的方向,当学生找到了自主学习的方向以后,教师需引导学生深入的学习相关的知识。
教师只有给予学生明确的学习方向,提出了学习要求以后,学生才感受到英语教师曾经非常用心地看过他的作文,教师正在帮助他成长,从而才有学习英语知识的动力。
3.3有效过程性写作
教师在为学生批改英语作文时,不能一味将视角盯在学生的学习错误上,这会让学生出现错误的心理认知,学生会认为教师为他们批改作文就是为了挑他们的错误,当学生认为自己怎样努力都会被教师挑出错误时,就会失去持续学习的动力。
为了让学生拥有写作的动力,教师可以在为学生批改作文时,找出学生的写作优点。
比如有一名学生写了一篇关于电子商务的作文,学生写的作文片段如下:“With the development of E-commerce, social network become a new form of advertising. People are more
likely to search recomm endations online than trust traditional advertising.”教师应用红笔标出学生写得好的地方,并告诉学生为什么这个地方写得好;用绿笔标出可以再提高的地方,并且引导学生去网上查找相关的资料;用蓝笔标出学生犯下的细节错误。
教师在作文上,还应用简易的图文表明了自己的态度。
教师应用一个笑脸说明这名学生写的文章很有意思,应用一个发怒的脸说明学生犯下了低级的错误。
这些直观的符号能让学生感受到阅读教师的评语就像和教师对话。
这名教师的综合评估法既能鼓励学生持续写作、又能让学生明晰进步的方法,这种重视学生写作过程及写作情感的评语就是有效反馈。
英语教师在批改学生作文的时候,要重视评估学生的写作过程,而不仅仅是评估学生的学习成果。
教师可以应用文字给予学生激励,跟学生开展情感的交流;教师可以用直观的图文强化和学生的交流;教师可以根据学生写作的情况,给予学生更多有效的学习建议,帮助学生克服写作的障碍,这也是情感交流的方式。
4. 总结
如果教师给出的作文反馈不利于学生学习英语,就是无效反馈或是负面反馈,为了提高学生学习英语知识的效率,高中英语教师要在教学中给予学生有效的反馈,本次研究说明了高中英语教师在批改学生作文时,给予学生有效反馈的方法。
