针对校外租房的利弊，我们小组通过实地采访四名校外租房的学生（刘玲玲、辛艳艳、王可佳和徐晶），进行了以下的利弊分析。
校外租房的主力军是大三或大四的学生，他们主要是为了考研或实习就业，选择一个相对独立且安静的环境，以便静下心来看书。
也有相当一部分人是因为在外兼职，他们认为在外租房更方便上下班，且不会影响到室友的起居休息。
此外，还有因与室友性格不合，带着“惹不起躲得起”的心理搬出去住。
最后一部分是情侣，他们为了突破学校宿管的限制，到校外租房共享“二人世界”，开始同居生活。
大学生校外租房越来越多，主要由以下优点。
首先，生活自由，不受拘束。
对于考研的学霸来说，大三下学期到大四上学期的一年内，高效的复习至关重要，甚至可以说决定了最后的成败。
就扬大瘦西湖校区而言，女生宿舍一般四人一间，男生则是五人一间，大部分考研的学生白天奋战图书馆或自习教室，晚上才回去，有时候想看会书，却又嫌室友聊天或放音乐太吵。
有时候想开灯通宵看书，又有人嫌灯光亮睡不着，诸如此类的问题确实给学霸的复习带来不便。
90后大学生大多是独生子女，
普遍比较自我，谁也不愿迁就对方。
长此以往，学霸们的校外租房想法便开始生根发芽，一直到最后的落实。
大四阶段，几乎所有人都开始为以后的就业辗转奔波，离学校近点的单位还好，离学校远的，如果每天从学校出发，那么路上耽搁的时间就会比较多，自然造成时间浪费，影响面试或实习就业。
也有部分人因为在外兼职的原因，晚上下班回到学校，常常在宿舍楼前吃“闭门羹”。
校外租房免去了这一尴尬，他们不会再因为学校宿管的各种牵制而手足无措。
同时，也不必担心早出晚归影响室友休息，甚至影响宿舍的关系。
据刘玲玲表示：“有完全属于自己、独立的、最大化的自由空间。
”总之，独立的生活空间方便了他们的兼职生活。
除此之外，徐晶还透露道：“校外租房各种清净，也没有阿姨检查卫生，还可以自己动手洗衣做饭。
”没有宿管阿姨的管制，生活各种惬意，可以做许多自己想做的事。
其次，有利于缓和同学之间的矛盾。
因与室友相处不和在校外租房的学生中也占了一部分，这些人抱着“惹不起躲得起”的心理，独自或找人合租在校外生活。
这样一来，确实减少了在生活上与同学正面发生冲突的可能，对于那些不适合集体生活的人来说有一定的好处。
最后，有利于增强独立生活的能力。
校外生活除了带来各种便利，也面临着生活配套设施不如学校方便的问题。
比如，学校有食堂、浴室运动场等，虽然外面也有，但是不会像学校这么经济实惠且集中。
此外，一个人生活，脱离集体，内心难免会孤独，尤其在出现问题时，更容易出现孤立无助的感觉。
所以校外租房的学生除了要独自应对各种生活上的问题，还要学会适应孤独，使得他们不得不增强独立生活的能力。
校外生活有如上所述的优点，但缺点也不容忽视。
不利于人际交往。
校外租房最典型的就是独居，长期与班集体脱离联系，缺少与同学碰面的机会，自然不利于正常的人际交往。
而人际交往是我们生活的重要组成部分，它可以让我们在集体中正确定位自己，学会与人相处，完善自身的性格，最终走上社会工作岗位。
金钱和时间上的投入较大。
采访中，据王可佳反映：“花销加大，离学校比较远，花在路上的时间增加。
”校外租房，房东都是以营利为目的，不会像学校宿舍这样经济实惠，因
此租房成本和水电费将是一笔不小的开支。
为了上课，学生还得在学校和住处之间往返奔波，时间上的花费远比住校生来得多。
除此之外，学校的各种设施相对集中，价格低廉，校外虽然各类设施也应有尽有，但是开销较大，而且较为分散。
安全没有保障，存在隐患。
学校宿舍每栋楼会有一名宿管阿姨，还有电子摄像头，一定程度上保障了学生的生命财产安全。
如果是单独租房，学生一般选择的是单间房屋的那种，缺乏必要的安全措施，对学生的安全构成一定的威胁。
如果是合租的话，那么选择合租人也是一个问题，选择不当，合租人也是一个威胁因素。
在安全问题上，女生校外租房更应该值得注意，网上的相关信息显示，家长对女大学生校外租房坚决否定，认为一旦出现问题，不仅有伤风化，还将影响身体健康。
从家长的角度出发，我想这种担心是有必要的。
综上所述，校外租房利弊都有，不同的人应根据自己的需要有所取舍，辩证地看待校外租房这一问题。
这里，接受采访的对象给我们几点建议，如刘玲玲认为：“个人建议一般还是不要轻易出去住，在外面感受不到学生时代的气息，更多的是社会化。
假如心理承受能力不强，会有孤独感，如果心理承受能力较好，能够适应孤独并且想做一些自己的事情，是可以出去的。
”她以自己的亲身经历和我们分享了校外住房的心理感受，值得参考。
同时徐晶特别提到：“合租的人要靠谱。
”这个在安全问题上，提醒我们寻找合租的人时，除了分担房租的需要，更要警惕“引狼入室”的潜在隐患。
另外，以上的利弊分析中，很多时候都与室友相关，我觉得如果是能协调的情况下，我们尽可能处理好与室友的关系。
同时，我们也应该去理解室友，避免宿舍不和甚至一系列问题。
因此，校外租房不能一概否定，结合自己的需要和现状，辩证分析，最后决定是否有必要校外租房。
