1.1 Welcome to this unit该板块通过四张海报让学生讨论最有味的事，自己最喜爱的喜剧演员，以及什么缘故人们喜爱趣事，从而引出笑有益健康的话题。
由三个开放性的问题引发讨论，既是一种读前热身，也是对本单元话题的一种导入，有利于激活学生已有的相关知识，激发学习爱好，为接下来的阅读和后面的一系列活动做好铺垫。
