广东岭南职业技术学院毕业设计(论文)内容及格式要求各二级学院:为了统一规范毕业论文的撰写、编辑、装订,便于论文处理、储存、检索、利用、交流、传播,特对毕业论文的格式提出如下统一要求:一、毕业论文内容要求毕业论文应用汉语撰写(外语相关专业除外),文科专业毕业论文字数一般3000字以上,理工科毕业设计字数5000字以上。
毕业论文(设计)内容应层次分明,数据可靠,文字简练,分析透彻,推理严谨,立论正确。
论文内容一般应由四个主要部分组成,依次为:(一)卷首部分(封面和封底、题目、中文摘要、关键词、目录),(二)主体部分(绪论(前言)、正文、结论或建议、尾注、参考文献表),(三)附录,(四)结尾。
各部分的具体要求如下:(一)卷首部分包括内容如下:1.封面和封底:由教务部统一制定(A3),学生自行打印装订,封面栏目要求打印。
2.题目:应在25字以内,能简明、具体、确切地表达毕业论文(设计)的特定内容。
3.中文摘要:在300字以内。
摘要是对毕业论文内容不加注释和评论的简述。
它应使人不阅读毕业论文全文即可获得全文的主要信息和结论,是一篇完整的短文,可以独立使用。
论文摘要应说明研究工作的目的、方法、成果和结论。
要突出本文的新见解和研究工作的创新点。
4.关键词:论文关键词一般3至8个,应采用能覆盖论文主要内容的通用标准词条(参照相应的技术术语标准),按词条的外延层次从大到上排列,并以显著的字符另起一行,排在摘要左下方。
5.目录:由论文的章节以及附录、参考文献等序号、题名和页码组成。
6. 段落编码 .编码按三级编写,理工科(1……、1.1……、1.1.1……),文科类(一......、(一)......、1.....、(1).......)要求层次清晰。
(二)主体部分主体部分包括:绪论(概述)、正文、结论或建议、尾注、参考文献表。
1.绪论(概述):是该研究内容所涉及的研究领域研究进展的综述。
主要说明研究工作的目的、涉及范围、相关领域的前人研究成果、研究设想、研究方法和实际的概述、理论意义和实际价值。

答辩后,向学院提交修改稿(纸制和电子文档)存档.三、具体要求1.封皮英、汉语封皮均可复制,但应认真填写及更改相关内容, 如中、英文题目及你的姓名等。
填写汉语封皮中的内容时应注意以下几点:(1)分类号分H和I两种,其中I代表文学类;H代表语言、文字类;(2)单位代码:104;(3)密级:一般;(4)字体,字号与要求项目保持一致,均为宋体。
英语封皮上所有内容全部为Times New Roman字体,三号字,所有字母一律大写,但书名要斜体。
英、汉封皮格式详见附件.汉语封皮可从教务处网站下载。
2.论文题目论文题目(title)是用概括性强的语言恰当地反映论文的内容。
论文题目字数(或单词数)一般不应超过25个,用词组的形式表述.3.谢辞谢辞(Acknowledgements)应单独成页,置于英语封皮之后.谢辞是对论文写作过程中获得的各种帮助表示感谢,这些帮助可以是导师的指导和批阅、老师和同学的支持或是原著作者对引文的授权许可等等.致谢的顺序一般是由主要到次要,由个人到集体,主要针对那些提供过直接帮助的个人或机构。
此外致谢辞要真挚、简练、恰到好处。
英语专业毕业论文格式(MLA)和示范格式一.结构要求第一、前置部分第一页:英语封面包括外文题目、作者、指导教师、系院校、时间等。
具体请参阅英语封面例页。
第二页:汉语封面封面格式必须符合学校要求, 封面上的论文题目必须与文中的题目一致。
具体请参阅汉语封面例页。
第三页:英语内容提要页论文题目(英语):居中排列。
提要正文(英语):约200词。
摘要必须是对全文内容的高度概括,应反映出毕业论文的内容、方法、成果和结论,不能过于简略。
摘要中不宜使用公式、图表,不标注引用文献编号。
外文摘要应符合外语语法,无语言错误,语句通顺,文字表达自然流畅。
关键词(英语):3- 6个。
关键词应采用能覆盖论文主要内容的通用词条。
外文关键词应与中文关键词一致。
关键词之间用分号分开,最后一个关键词后不打标点符号。
英文摘要内容与具体的关键词为小4号Times New Roman体。
第四页:汉语内容摘要页论文题目:汉语,粗体3号字,居中排列。
提要正文:汉语。
关键词:汉语,3- 6个词语。
中文摘要应与外文摘要一致,并且语句通顺,文字流畅中文摘要内容与具体的关键词为小4号宋体。
第五页: 论文提纲页(英语)主题陈述:只能用1-2句子,表达本文核心观点(结论性)的判断陈述句。
提纲正文:至少要有二级标题,标题级别要对应,标题数目要对应,提纲格式要正确。
具体请参阅提纲例页。
第二、正文部分严格按照提纲用英语写作;英语字数控制在4500-6000范围之内;行文要用正式语言,每段开始句要缩进5个字符。
论文标题打印用3号粗体, 正文打印用小4号(即12号), Times New Roman字体。
严格遵守引文规范,严禁抄袭、剽窃。
正文页码位于底端居中位置。
具体请参阅教材及辅助材料MLA style。
第三、后置部分参考文献:先英语参考文献,后汉语参考文献,均按作者姓氏字母顺序排列, 总数应不少于10篇/本。
如果某一条目不止一行,从第二行起,每行缩进5个字符或2个汉字。

Humor in Literature.In the works of Lewis Carroll, especially "Alice's Adventures in Wonderland", there is a lot of absurd humor. The strange characters like the Cheshire Cat that can disappear and reappear at will, and the illogical conversations are a great source of humor. (The annotation could be that we are showing how literature uses the element of absurdity for humor. Lewis Carroll's work is a prime example of creative and unique humor in English literature.)Conclusion.In conclusion, English humor is a diverse and exciting aspect of the language. 7、论文封面用学校的统一封面,请去掉(设计)两个字。
封面上所填信息均左对齐(其中“年级、班”的填写为“200X级(X)班”,“专业(方向)”的填写格式为“英语(国际商务)”),英语论文题目用英语,英文摘要页在前,中文摘要页在后,目录(即Contents一词)为Times New Roman字体,3号加粗,目录页的各级标题统一用小4号Times New Roman字体。
页码从正文开始标注。
8、论文的附表(包括指导教师评语表、答辩委员会评语表)按“兰州商学院本科生毕业论文(设计)规范样式”执行。
指导教师和评阅教师需要填写评阅表,评阅意见可以是电子打印,但必须手写签名。

四、致谢页学员可以自选致谢页,一般不要求写中文。

五、目录页英文大标题采用times new roman字体,字号为一号,加粗,小标题部分统一采用times new roman字体,字号为三号,加粗。
注意在右方注明对应的页号,中间虚线连接。
六、正文页论文的正文需隔行打印,正文采用times new roman字体,字号为小四。
大标题为times new roman字体,字号为三号、加粗字。
副标题为times new roman 字体,字号为三号、加粗。
七、尾注、参考文献页与附录页尾注、参考文献页与附录页(大标题采用times new roman字体,字号为一号,加粗)正文部分如尾注、参考文献目录与附录可不必隔行打印,字体为times new roman小四。

4、正文格式:1)文章题目不必出现在正文页。

一级标题:粗体四号字;二级标题:粗体小四号字;三级标题:粗体小四号字。
3)英文一律采用Times New Roman小四号,全文双倍行距;如有汉字(参考文献部分),一律用五号宋体。
4)正文中如每一段开头缩进两个汉字(或四个英文)字符的位置,则段与段之间不空行;如每一段开头不缩进,段与段之间必须空一行。
5)正文中一级标题间的段落空一行。
5、引用:1)文中引用人名应与参考文献保持一致,即参考文献部分为英文的用英文,汉语的则用汉语拼音;2)文中直接引用成段文字时,该段文字用五号,第一行缩进6个字符,其余行两端缩进4个字符。
6.注释:(1)除了文学类毕业论文可以使用尾注注释方式,其余要求使用夹注注释方式。
(2)夹注中所列指的文献,必须在参考文献中列出。
如作者及作品为中文,夹注中书写作者姓氏时必须使用拼音。

B. 主体(Body):对本文选题进行系统的论述,可分若干章节进行阐述。
C. 结语(Conclusion):至少应包括两项内容,一是对本文论述进行简要的归纳总结;二是对本文的探讨进行自我评价(如哪些问题由于什么原因还需要继续深入探讨;哪些相关的问题需要另案研究,等等)。
论文直接或间接引用他人的文献,必须按照规定格式注明出处,加以注释,并在论文最后的参考文献中列出。
引文不能超过论文的三分之一。
(7)尾注(End notes,适用于MLA格式,另用一页)。
(8)参考文献(APA格式用References;MLA格式Works Cited。
另用一页。
不得少于15种,其中外文资料不得少于8种,网上资料不得超过3种)。
