MKH 8060 Instruction manualImportant safety instructions Important safety instructions1.Read these safety instructions and the instruction manual of the product.2.Keep these safety instructions and the instruction manual of the product.Always include all instructions when passing the product on to third parties.3.Only use attachments, accessories and spare parts specified by the manu-facturer.4.Caution: The protective basket and pop shield must be completely dry whenyou mount them on the microphone. Moisture can cause malfunctions or damage to the capsule.5.Connect the microphone only to microphone inputs and supply units thatprovide 48 V phantom powering in accordance with IEC 61938.6.Do not attempt to open the product housing on your own.7.Refer all servicing to qualified service personnel. Servicing is requiredwhen the product has been damaged in any way, liquid has been spilled or objects have fallen into the product, when the product has been exposed to rain or moisture, does not operate normally, or has been dropped.e the product only under the conditions of use listed in the specifications.9.Let the product come to ambient temperature before switching it on.10.Do not operate the product if it was damaged during transportation.11.Always run cables so that no one can trip over them.12.Keep the product and its connections away from liquids and electricallyconductive objects that are not necessary for operating the product.13.Do not use any solvents or aggressive cleaning agents to clean the product.14.Caution: Very high signal levels can damage your hearing and your loud-speakers. It effectively filters out interference caused by infrasound, such a lowfrequency wind and handling noise.f If necessary, disconnect a connected XLR cable in order to not distort theMKH 8060Transporting the microphone cable and to avoid short-circuits.f Unscrew the microphone head 2 from the XLR module 3.f Screw the MZF 8000 II filter module 4 at a suitable place in the audio signalTransporting the microphonef Let the microphone dry if you used it under extreme climatic conditions.f If necessary, remove the windshield or take the microphone out of the basketwindshield.f Slide the microphone into the transport tube.MKH 8060Cleaning and maintaining the microphoneCleaning and maintaining the microphoneNOTICEDAMAGE TO THE PRODUCT DUE TO LIQUIDS!Liquids entering the product can short-circuit the electronics or damage the mechanics. Very versatile input power capability can be used with toroidal or similar transformer directly all internal rectification and smoothing built into CW8060, also can be used with Switchmode PSU operating voltage range is 24VDC-80VDC maximum and precautions taken not to exceed these values and consideration for input line variations and overvoltage generation by Switchmode PSU's for current regulation need to be factored in, if in doubt contact technical support team. Driver can be used with two-phase or four-phase (wired in iseries or Parallel) hybrid stepper motors up to 6.0A. 此时点击电调主控画面的运行按钮,转速控制面板亮(转速框图由灰色变为蓝色)。
机组已进入等待冲转状态。
2.设置目标转速机组挂闸进入等待冲转状态后,(注:此时此框图为蓝色)转速控制栏在转速控制栏目标转速输入目标转速(一般设定为3000 r/min)值。
也可以设置为其他任何非临界区的转速值。
首次起机建议先给500转,再1200,然后2500,以此类推。
目标转速设定后,给定转速将以默认的升速率向目标转速靠近;机组开始冲转;司机可根据实际情况在升速率输入框内修改升速率,允许取值范围为0~800最大升速率 r/min/min;(建议慢些100~200)。
随着给定转速的增加,总阀位给定增加,油动机开启,机组转速增加;暖机时间到或点击“停止暖机”按钮后继续升速;当需要保持当前转速时,点击“给定保持”。
3.升降负荷1>CV阀控并网带初负荷后,操作员可通过点按“CV阀控”CV阀控控制栏栏内的增、减按钮(即单箭头与双箭头键,改变总阀位给定值单位为%),从而控制调门开度,来控制负荷。
2>功控功控控制栏功控投入:在电网要求机组维持负荷不变时,可投入功率反馈控制。

工作条件12VDC,电流:600mA工作温度:‐10℃~70℃各端口位置图串口及扩展口操作串口与Windows 2000/XP下操作串口是一样的,可以用打开文件,读写文件的API函数对串口进行操作。
通用输入输出接口(GPIO)在系统里有6个寄存器来操作这个4组GPIO,这6个寄存器是PDATA,PDATB,PDATC,PDATD,PCON,PINT,每个都是8位。
PDATA,PDATB,PDATC,PDATD为4组GPIO的数据寄存器,如PA口设置为输出口时对PDATA写入0x00则PA口的8个引脚都会输出低电平,写入0xFF则PA口的8个引脚都会高电平。
如PA口设置为输入口时对PDATA 的读入就是读入PA口的8个引脚的状态。
PCON为4组PGIO的方向寄存器,其中PCON[0]控制PA口的低4位,PCON[1]控制PA口的高4位,PCON[2]控制PB口的8位,PCON[3]控制PC口的8位,PCON[4]控制PD 口的8位。
PCON[5…7]暂时不用。
PINT为中断寄存器,当PINT=0x00时不产生中断,当PINT=0x01时EINT(上图的第9引脚)低电平时产生中断,当PINT=0x02时PA口的低4生中断,当PINT=0x03时PA口的8位中只要有一个引脚是低电平就产生中断。
这里的中断是在系统内部,中断产生时发出的消息即例程中的:#define WM_GPIOPP WM_USER + 1175 //是用户自定义消息。
要对这6个寄存器操作只需如下定义一个GPIOreg数据结构和一个v_pGPIORegs指针寄可。

CAN Bus接口单板电脑上提供一个SPI接口(CN8)和CAN‐Bus的驱动程序。
如果用户需使用CAN-Bus 还需另加一块CAN-Bus扩展板。
下图是CAN-Bus扩展板原理图,用户只需把它连接到单板电脑的CN5即可使用CAN-Bus。
应用程序对CAN‐Bus操作可以用打开文件,读写文件的API函数对CAN‐Bus进行操作。
利用函数DeviceIoControl(……)可以对MCP2510的任意寄存器进行读和写。
如把0x35写到地址为0x60的寄存器(MCP2510内部寄存器)的具体操作是:DeviceIoControl(hStr,(0x60|0x100),NULL,0x35,NULL,NULL,NULL,NULL);如读取地址为0x60的寄存器(MCP2510内部寄存器)到temp变量的具体操作是: DeviceIoControl(hStr,(0x60),NULL,0,&temp1,NULL,NULL,NULL);PC机上开发WinCE应用程序随光盘附带有丰富的例子:GPIO、串口、CAN等(原程序使用EVC开发,可导入到vs2005或vs2008中,稍加修改即可编译)。
准备步骤1.安装USB驱动程序Wince 单板电脑首次与PC机(一般是桌面电脑)相连时,会提示需安装USB驱动程序。
以后可跳过这步。
将PC机与 Wince 单板电脑通过USB口相连,当PC机提示发现新硬件时,找到附带光盘中的USB驱动文件夹中WINCE下面的 wceusbsh 文件。
2.安装工具软件步骤a)Microsoft ActiveSync 同步软件。
b)开发工具使用eVC要安装embeded Visual C++ 4.0 (eVC4) 及 evc4sp4 补丁。
使用 .net 2005要安装Visual studio 。
c)动启动按默认设置即可,完成后如下图所示:eVC++开发为确保WinCE单板机与开发用的PC机同步,打开eVC,选择 Tools‐>Configure Platform Manager,在对话框中双击WQ2440_V024 Device 子项,如下图:在弹出的Device Properties对话框中,设置选项如下图所示:单击Test按钮,出现 Testing Device Connection 对话框,如出现Connection to Device established,证明WinCE单板机已通过ActiveSync与开发用的PC机成功同步。
如下图:如出现以下对话框,则说明WinCE单板机未通过ActiveSync与开发用的PC机成功同步;解决办法:尝试停用本地连接,再重复以上步骤。
新建应用程序下面就简单介绍一下用户如何利用eVC创建应用程序:在eVC新建项目向导上,您可以建立基于Win32 API 和 WCE MFC 的应用程序。
打开eVC,点击File ‐> New,在新建对项目话框中,应确保CPUs 中,Win32 [WCEARMV4I], Win32 [WCE emulator],选中。
前者是我公司WinCE单板机支持的CPU后者是开发机上的Windows CE 模拟器,以方便您的开发与调试。
如下图:在Project name:文本框输入项目名称,完成后如下,确保“当前活动设置”(Active WCE Configuration)为WQ2440_V024等,可在下拉列表中进行选择。
如下图:要使您的Wince Computer 平台应用程序支持中文显示,首先,可在菜单Project ‐> Settings,Project Settings 对话框,Resources选项卡的Language下拉列表中,选择“中文[中国]”;其次,在您想显示中文的各种资源文件中,如对话框,菜单等,单击右键选择Properties,在属性对话框的 Language 下拉列表中选择Chinese(P.R.C),确定即可。
应用程序调试与发布下面就以光盘上提供的串口例程UART_TEST为例子:打开eVC,在菜单File‐>Open 打开UART_TEST2.VCP工程,如下图在Select Active WCE Configuration 下拉选择 WQ2440_V024,单击Go(F5)按钮,开发机将加载文件到Wince单板机,如图所示:您可以在开发机上对应用程序进行调试.通过后调节器试后,即可按Execute Program(ctrl+F5):执行应用程序.在Wince单板机上就可应用您开发的应用程序了。
如下图:.net开发可以使用VS2005基于.net compact Framwork,使用自己习惯的编成语言(C++,C#,VB)开发功能强大的应用程序。
1.运行vs2005,新建一个项目如图:2.选择针对某种开发更方便或自己喜欢的编成语言,此处选C++,创建模板中选择MFC Smart Device Application,如图:3.选择部署平台点击 OK 出现 MFC Smart Device Application Wizard –Test 对话框,点击 Platforms,添加SDKs,如图:应用程序类型 Application Type 选择 Dialog Based ,Finish。
4.连接设备WINCE单板机与PC端同步,点击 Connect to Device点击 Connect上图为WINCE单板机与PC端的连接成功,可直接与单板机联机调试程序。
5.联机调试程序单击Debug 或者按 F5 开始调试,此时WINCE单板机桌面出现一个Test对话框,既完成简单的仿真。
重新安装WINCE内核用户可以利用光盘提供的BSP(vter2440)重新编译WINCE的内核,编译得到的NK.nb0可以通过USB线下载到板子上。
下面介绍如何将NK.nb0下载到板子上。
提示:下面的操作只需连接上RS232线和USB线。
1.安装USB驱动程序:连接上RS232线和USB线,然后 WINCE 板子重新上电或复位。
统会提示找到了新硬件。
件,安装即可。
以后可以跳过这一步。
2.利用 pr_win_LB.exe重装内核:用户利用(更新系统)目录下pr_win_LB.exe重装内核步骤如下:①连接好串口线和USB线,运行pr_win_LB.exe。
.②选择BIOS文件 –> 选择本目录下的u2440amon_tft6448.bin。
..③选择内核文件 –> 选择本目录下的NK_tft6448.nb0或者用户自己编译得到的内核。
