（二）、施工告知说明
1、安装单位施工告知
（1）、首次告知需要登录系统的，请通过帐号注册功能，并提交相应的材料，由相应的监察机构管理员负责审核并开通帐号。
（2）、帐号开通后，要求安装单位要更改密码，系统将自动清理锁定超过3个月不修改初始密码的账号。
（3）、安装单位登陆后，点击施工告知菜单，如图所示：
（4）、点击菜单施工告知，也可以通过综合管理里面的施工告知功能如图所示：
（6）、该界面提供查询该账号所申请的告知库信息，可以通过选择：受理状态，设备种类，使用单位名称，受理机构，然后进行查询。
（7）、新增告知申请，点击按钮增加，，如图所示。
（8）、输入信息以后，如果没有填写完整，则会红色感叹号，如果信
息填写完整后，点击保存按钮。

（9）、保存以后，点设备清单里面的增加按钮，录入信息以后，点击
保存设备清单。
（10）、如果信息无误以后，点击提交按钮。
到此，施工单位的施工告知申请完成。
4、设备告知进度查询
（1）、施工单位在其施工告知界面，可以查询其所申请告知设备的进度，其中，如果告知已提交给相应监察机构但监察机构尚未受理的，施工单位还可以通过撤回功能撤回告知申请。
（2）、监察机构可以对告知申请的记录予以受理或者予以注销等操作，其中，注销以后是无法再恢复的。
