【口语讲解】pull your weight
pull one's weight的意思是像团队中的其他人一样努力做好自己的本职工作，尤其强调的是在团队协作中的状况。

这个词组来自于一个体育项目，你可能会以为是拔河，因为拔河就叫做weight pull嘛，但其实却是源自划船赛艇，大家都要齐心协力后仰划桨咯。
