1.This standard includes the corresponding engineering

2.This standard is divided into four sequences:

3.XXX for Engineering Design is only set as Class A。Industry XXX for Engineering Design are set as Class A and Class

B。According to industry needs。the n。municipal public utilities。water conservancy。power (XXX)。agriculture and forestry。and

highway industries can set up Class C XXX。and the XXX design

is set as Class D。The building industry can XXX firms according

to its needs。The level of Special n for Engineering Design can be

set according to industry needs.

4.The scope of engineering design includes the main XXX

industry (including all supporting projects such as self-owned

power ns。roads。dedicated railways。ns。us pipeline orks。XXX) as well as related processes。civil engineering。architecture。environmental n。XXX。XXX。safety。health。XXX。XXX。XXX resistance。lighting engineering。etc。

The scope of building engineering design includes the design

civil buildings。planning and design for residential areas。factory

front areas。factory living areas。and individual designs。as well

management level。The assessment content for the main nal and

technical personnel in the technical ns includes:

1) XXX registered ners。XXX of their nal and technical

personnel are assessed.

2、对于尚未实施注册、尚未建立注册执业资格制度或已经实施注册但不需要配备注册执业资格人员的专业，其专业技术人员的所学专业和技术职称应按照附件2中规定的专业进行考核。非注册人员需要提供相应的业绩证明。各行业的主导专业可以参考工程设计主要专业技术人员配备表。

六）申请两个以上工程设计行业资质时，需要同时满足附件2中相应行业的专业设置或注册专业的配置。对于相同专业的专业技术人员数量，应以其中的高值为准。

具体的工程设计专项资质标准由建设部会同相关部门和行业制定。

七）具有工程设计资质的企业可以从事资质证书范围内的相应工程总承包、工程项目管理和相关的技术、咨询与管理服务。

八）具有工程设计综合资质的企业，在满足相应的施工总承包（专业承包）一级资质对注册建造师（项目经理）人员要求后，可以获得与工程设计甲级行业资质（专业资质）相应的施工总承包（专业承包）一级资质。

九）本标准所称的主要专业技术人员的年龄限制为60周岁及以下。

二、标准

一）工程设计综合资质

1-1资历和信誉

1）具有独立企业法人资格。

2）注册资本不少于6000万元人民币。

3）近3年年平均工程勘察设计营业收入不少于万元人民币，且近5年内2次工程勘察设计营业收入在全国勘察设计企业排名列前50名以内；或近5年内2次企业营业税金及附加在全国勘察设计企业排名列前50名以内。

4）具有2个工程设计行业甲级资质，并且在近10年内独立承担大型建设项目工程设计每行业不少于3项，并已建成投产。或者同时具有某1个工程设计行业甲级资质和其他3个不同行业甲级工程设计的专业资质，在近10年内独立承担大型建设项目工程设计不少于4项。其中，工程设计行业甲级相应业绩不少于1项，工程设计专业甲级相应业绩各不少于1项，并已建成投产。

1-2技术条件

1）企业的技术力量雄厚，专业配备合理。企业需要有500名以上从事工程勘察设计的专业人员，其中不少于200人具备注册执业资格或高级专业技术职称，注册专业不少于5个，5个专业的注册人员总数不低于40人。
