ORDER--D/O）又称小提单.收货人凭正本提单或副本提单随同有效(de)担保向承运人或其代理人换取(de),可向港口装卸部门提取货物(de)凭证.发放小提单时应做到：（1）正本提单为合法持有人所持有(2)提单上(de)非清洁批注应转上小提单.（3）当发生溢短残情况时,收货人有权向承运人或其代理获得相应(de)签证.（4）运费未付(de),应在收货人付清运费及有关费用后,方可放小提单.6、海运提单（BILL
