摘 要随着现代科学技术的飞速发展,图书馆的藏书量正在急剧增加,面临愈来愈繁重的图书采购任务。目前,在我国还有许多高校的图书馆仍然在采用单靠传统的手写、口讲、脑记的手工操作,不仅耗费越来越多的人力、物力,也难以使图书馆采购工作有一个质的飞跃,采用高校图书馆采购系统可以提高图书馆人员的工作效率,节省了人力、物力,降低成本。高图书馆采购系统是典型的信息管理系统。其开发主要包括后台数据库的建立和维护以及前端应用程序的开发两个方面。对于前者要求建立起数据一致性和完整性强、数据安全性好的库,而对于后者则要求应用程序功能完备,易使用等特点。在本系统的开发过程中使用了结构化的开发方法,研究和运用了VB6.0技术和ACCESS数据库,实现了高校图书馆的教材批量采购、供应商信息维护管理、采购订单处理、采购退货等主要功能,具有易于操作等特点,达到了图书馆采购自动化的目的。本系统通过对相关数据的处理和统计,精确、实时地反映了高校图书馆的图书采购业务活动,将图书馆的图书采购管理的各个环节有机地统一起来,实现了无纸化的图书馆采购管理。

Analysis and Design of the University Library Purchasing SystemAbstractAlong with modern science and technology rapid development, library holding is sharply growing, faced with increasingly arduous books purchase duty. At present, there also had many university's libraries in our country still had to operate only depending on traditional writing by hand, the speaking, the manual which the brain recorded. Not only consumes more and more manpower, the physical resource, but also with difficulty to enable the library purchase work to have a qualitative leap. Using the university library purchasing system is able to enhance the library personnel's working efficiency, save the manpower, the physical resource, reduce the cost.The university library purchasing system is the typical information management system. Its development mainly includes the backstage database establishment and maintenance as well as the front application procedure development. Establishes the data uniformity and the integrity, the data security good storehouse regarding the former for the request; the application procedure function to be complete regarding the latter, easy to use and so on for the characteristics. Has used the structured method of exploitation in this system performance history, studied and has utilized the VB6.0 technology and the ACCESS database, has realized the university library teaching material batch purchase, the supplier information maintenance management, purchase order form processing, the purchase returned goods and the main function and so on, had easy to operate the characteristics and so on, has achieved the library purchase automation goal. By correlation data processing and statistics, the system had precisely in real-time reflected the university library books purchase service activity, unifies organically library books purchase management each link, has realized the paperless library purchase management.
Key word: university library, purchasing system, analyze and design 系统简介对于高校图书馆采购系统的开发,我做了大量的调查研究工作包括:查阅各种相关行业的资料、搜索相关的信息和数据、对各种可能用户进行调查访问等等。经过仔细分析和比较,最终确定了以VB技术为主的开发技术方案;后台采用ACCESS数据库,采用自顶向下的结构化开发方法为主要的分析与设计方法;该采购系统与MIS系统相联系,在高校的图书馆内部建成可靠、方便,并且功能比较齐全的采购系统。从而提高了高校图书馆对书籍采购的管理能力;缩短了图书馆管理人员熟练掌握软件操作的适应时间。系统的开发设计在保证系统功能目标实现的前提下,尽量使复杂的工作简单化、合理化,使系统具有有效性和合理性。采购业务的功能模块设计根据数据流程图的分析结果,购书业务系统具有如下几项功能:(1)订书管理功能:通过老师和书库人员发来的购书申请单,编制购书订单,并经过审核人审核,确认无误后提交相应的部门。(2)订单管理功能: 书到达以后,完成对书的检验工作,如果书不合格则进行退书处理,如果合格则进行入库处理。(3)汇总统计功能:主要完成对购书订单、退书单的汇总统计工作。
大豆油和芝麻油指纹图谱的建立(字) 摘 要:本文研究采用索氏抽提法提取大豆油和芝麻油,然后采用酸碱结合法对油脂进行甲酯化,再通过气质联用技术(GC-MS)分析,建立大豆油和芝麻油的标准指纹图谱,并对油脂脂肪酸进行相似度分析,研究结果可为食用油掺假研究提供科学依据。研究结果标明:大豆油的脂肪酸组成特征为:顺式亚油酸平均占42.586%、顺式油酸平均占29.286%、棕榈酸平均占12.259%、α-亚麻酸平均占6.755%;其样品与标准指纹图谱相似度大于0.976。芝麻油的脂肪酸组成特征为:顺式油酸平均占43.348%、顺式亚油酸平均占41.193%、棕榈酸平均占8.19%、硬脂酸平均占5.51%;其样品与标准指纹图谱相似度分别大于0.986(白芝麻油)和0.999(黑芝麻油)。 关键词:大豆油;芝麻油;脂肪酸;甲酯化;气质联用;指纹图谱 Establishment of the fingerpoint of soybeans oil and sesame oil Abstract:This paper described soybean oil and sesame oil were extracted by Soxhlet extraction, next methylesterificated these oil by acid-alkali combination method,after that,using GC-MS to analysis in order to establish the standard fingerprint of Soybean Oils and sesame oils,and then did The similarity analysis of grease fatty acids. the datum can provide scientific basis for adulteration of edible oil .The results indicated: the fatty acid composition of soybean oil are: cis-linoleic acid average of 42.586%, cis-oleic acid average of 29.286%, palmitic acid average of 12.259%, α-linolenic acid accounted for 6.755 percent on average; the samples and standards fingerprint similarity is greater than 0.976.The fatty acid composition of sesame oil: cis-oleic acid average of 43.348%, cis-linolic acid average of 41.193%, palmitic acid take off 8.19% on average and stearic acid account for 5.51% on average;its fingerprint similarity between the standard and samples were greater than 0.986 (white sesame oil) and 0.999 (black sesame) respectively. /> Key words:soybeans oil;sesame oil;methyl esterification of castor oil by ester exchanging reaction;gas chromatography and mass spectrometry (GC-MS);atlas of fingerprint
