1.货物在发货港仓库卸﹑装过程和储存中有任何损坏与贵司无关。

2.货物在目的港拆卸过程中有任何损坏与贵司无关。

3.货物在集装箱运输途中颠簸所造成的损坏与贵司无关。

4.由于我司易碎品的原因造成集装箱中其他货物的破损以及造成箱体破损﹑污
损﹑划伤等与贵司无关。

5.由于天气问题而导致货物损坏等问题风险，与贵司无关。

以上运输过程中可能产生的问题全部由我司自行承担。

如由此造成第三方向贵司索赔，我司将承担一切法律责任和费用风险。
