收到礼物的不同表现
Today is Mingming’s birthday. His American friend Steven came to his birthday party, and gave him a beautiful packed birthday gift. Mingming didn’t open it and put it away. Steven was a little unhappy. Why was Steven unhappy?
原来呀，我们中国与西方国家有很多不同的习俗。
比如，当我们收到朋友的礼物时，一般是放在一旁，一般是等朋友离开后才会打开礼物包装。
中国人收到礼时连声说：
“哎呀，还送礼物干什么？”
“真是不好意思啦。
”
“下不为例。
”
“让您破费了。
”
而西方人收到礼物时，一般当着客人的面马上打开，并连声称好：
“Very beautiful！Wow！”
“What a wonderful gift it is！”
“Thank you for your present.”
对于西方国家的人而言，如果在你收到礼物时，不当着送礼人的面打开，而是放在一边，他会觉得很尴尬，以为你不喜欢他送给你的礼物。
所以啊，以后当你收到外国朋友的礼物时，一定要当着朋友的面打开，并表示你的感谢和赞美：
“Thank you for your gift. How beautiful it is!” 或者“Thanks a lot. How nice!” 千万别忘记“Thank you!” 要常挂嘴边哦！。
