59JS-315型减速器使用说明书张家口煤矿机械有限公司使用说明书第 2 页共6页三.减速器的润滑59JS-315型减速器使用N460中负荷工业齿轮油(GB3141)润滑。
减速器箱体内部相通(大油池和一轴处小油池由两孔沟通),齿轮和轴承靠搅油飞溅润滑,一轴脖颈处靠5Y B润滑泵循环润滑。
5YB润滑泵的工作原理:5YB装在第二轴上,靠此轴的旋转作为动力使润滑泵工作,从大油池吸油通过管路排到一轴轴承杯处,使一轴脖颈处润滑油循环起来,起到润滑和冷却轴承的目的。
当减速器上下箱体倒置使用时,透气塞和放油塞互换,尤其应注意的是,5YB润滑泵吸油管重新安装,使吸油管总是装在箱体的下部。
减速器顶部有观察孔,可查看齿轮啮合情况,同时也可作为注油孔。
减速器在运输过程中是不装油的,使用之前,要用同牌号润滑油清洗,排净后再注入工作油到正确油位(见图一),注油时应使用滤网,确保润滑油无尘注入。
箱体上部装有透气塞,保证其小孔通畅排气。
不要给减速器超量注油,多注、超量注油会引起工作温度升高,影响减器的工作性能。
减速器首次工作200小时后,应该把旧油排掉,用同牌号油冲洗后再注入新油,以后每工作5个月或2000小时后再重新换油,遵循泄油、冲洗、再注油原则。
减速器工作温度一般低于90℃,若减速器的工作温度持续高于该温度,那么,油的更换周期要缩短,必要时与厂家联系,以求得指导。
注意,减速器至少工作4小时后,油中的温度才能被确认为是工作温度。
经常检查油位,发现渗漏马上解决,并添入润滑油到正确油位,并检查透气塞是否通畅排气。
减速器长期不用而贮存时,箱体内必须注满同牌号的润滑油,机加工表面涂油脂。
库存时减速器输入轴必须转动若干次,确保输出轴至少转动一周,这项工作每月至少做一次。
使用前堵塞换成透气塞,按照排油、清洗、再注油程序进行。
四.减速器的冷却系统减速器上配有两种四个可拆卸的外装式冷却器(见图一),该冷却系统为串联式,即冷却水通过高压软管从一个冷却器循环到另一个冷却使用说明书第 3 页共6页器,最后排出。

蜗轮蜗杆减速机使用说明书一、减速器的安装、使用与维护1、减速器主动轴直接与电机联接时推荐采用弹性联轴器,减速器被动轴直接与工作机联接时推荐采用齿式联轴器或其他非刚性联轴器。
2、减速器的主动轴线和被动轴线必须与相联接部分的轴线保证同心,其误差不得大于所有联轴器的允许值。
3、减速器安装使用手转动必须灵活,无卡住现象,蜗杆轴承和蜗轮轴承的轴向间隙应符合技术要求的规定。
4、减速器安装及在25﹪额定负荷下,蜗轮齿面接触斑点,按齿高不小于55﹪,按齿长不小于60﹪.5、安装好的减速器在正式使用前,应进行空载部分额定载荷间歇运转1-3小时后方可正是运转,运转应平稳无冲击,无异常振动和噪声及漏油等现象,最高油温不得超过85℃.如发现故障应及时排除。
6、减速器的润滑a.蜗杆涡轮齿合一般采用浸油润滑,浸油深度,对蜗杆在蜗轮之下和之侧的蜗杆全齿高,对蜗杆在蜗轮之上的为蜗轮外径1/3。
b.减速器推荐采用兰炼33﹟润滑油。
c.减速器的润滑油油量按油标加注,并参照下表所列油量备油。
新减速器(或新更换蜗杆副)第一次使用时,当运转7-14天后需更换新油,在以后的使用中应定期检查油的质量,对于混入杂质或老化变质的油必须随时更换。
但一般情况下,对于长期连续工作的减速器,须每2-3个月更换油一次,对于每天工作时间不超过8小时的减速器,须每4-6个月换油一次。
在工作中当发现油温显著升高,温升超过60℃或油温超过85℃,油的质量下降以及产生不正常的噪音等现象时,应停止使用,检查原因,如因齿面胶合等原因所致,必须修复排除故障,更换润滑油后再用。
7、减速器应半年一次或定期检修,发现擦伤胶合及显著磨损,必须采用有限措施制止。
备件必须按图样制造,保证质量,更换新的备件后必须经过跑合和负荷试车后再正式使用。
二、润滑油的选择本减速机在投入运行前必须力II入合适的润滑油至油标中心,油位过高或过低都可能导致运转温度升高。
首次使用24小时左右,必须将润滑油放掉,用轻油(柴油或煤油)冲洗干净,然后重新加入新的润滑油,以后每隔2000至2500小时必须重新冲洗和加入新的润滑油。
