英语优势学科教研教学情况汇报八五一O农场中学英语组我校的英语教研组是个优秀的教师团队，多年来我们有着共同的奋斗目标，优良的群体素质，团结协作的精神，借课改的东风积极开展教研工作取得了良好的效果。
2004年我们根据学校实际，面对学生对英语厌学、畏学的现状，开始了省重点课题《初中英语愉快教学研究》的教研活动，历经三年，从学情调查，论证制定计划、到实验尝试，改进推广。
我们进行了大量的课内课外活动。
寻找了解决学困生感到学习难，不易提高成绩的路径，编写了校本教材《英语愉快教学》。
根据各位教师教学特长，由三位教师编写了《初中英语音标教程》、《如何快速记忆课文》和《快乐语法》、校园英语。
并在教学中分别用于初一、初二、初三年级，受到教师和学生的喜爱，有着明显的良好效果。
在学习新课程标准后，我们针对里面倡导的任务型教学法，于2007年开始进行了《英语课堂的小组合作学习》课题研究，在愉快教学的基础上加大学生上课主动参与的力度，研究如何让学生通过小组合作学习，互相促进，互相提高更多地发挥学习主动性和积极性。
2009年我校开展学习“洋思中学”“先学后教，当堂训练”的教学方法，并全面尝试，我们教研组进行了多次的理论学习和对照分析，觉得我们学校的大部分学生底子薄智力水平一般，自学能力差，学习时间不富裕，因此，不能全部照搬其模式，学校又根据实际实施五步教学法，我们在实施过程中觉得很符合我们的实际，在教研活动中我们确定了我们英语课堂上适用的五步教学法，即：（1）明确目标。
教师和学生先知道自己要学会什么。
（2）前置自学。
适当布置预习或运用导学案。
（3）展示交流。
为学生提供了运用英语的机会，发现了学生存在的不足和缺点，又使学生在其准备阶段有了合作学习的机会。
（4）精讲点拨。
强调如何传授，什么方式易于理解，什么语言易于学生接受，这还应该是课堂的主流教学方式。
（5）达标测试。
让学生明白这节课学了什么，让教师明白自己这节课效果如何，课下如何补救。
