摘要
文章论述我国中小企业发展战略，正确地理解中小企业发展战略,是选择适合我国中小企业发展战略的前提。主要内容:一是简单概述中小企业的定义、划分标准和我国中小企业的特点；二是详细概述企业发展战略的内涵、特征、本质、内容、意义以及如何制定企业发展战略；三是描述我国中小企业发展现状并指出我国中小企业发展中存在的问题；四是在以上分析的基础上对中小企业发展战略进行思考，提出适合我国中小企业的发展战略；最后，重申中小企业在国民经济中起着举足轻重的作用，发展中小企业是社会生产力发展的必然要求，中小企业不仅可以解决当前最严峻的就业问题,也可以促进我国企业结构的合理化。提出我国中小企业应根据自己的行业和本企业的特点，选择完善、合适的发展战略。
