1. Syllable
A syllable must have a nucleus/peak, which is usually the task of a vowel. Exceptions are some consonants [l, m, n] as in “table, bottom, cotton”.

音量
• 不大不小的音量保持适中的音量，会大大 增加客户与你沟通的兴趣。如果你的音量 微弱，客户听不清你在说什么，你与客户 之间的距离就被拉远了。当客户几次要求 你说“请大声一点时”，你知道他与你继续沟 通下去的兴趣就减少了许多。反过来，如 果你的声音太大，除了让人耳朵感到不适 外，还会带进很多诸如你的喘息声、电脑 键盘声等恼人的杂音。
