系统的进行旋片式真空泵的结构设计,并着重对进、排气口角度进行设计,采用在上下端盖上设置进、排气口的方案。
以及对泵体的噪音源进行分析,确定采用抗性消音器的原理设计外壳的消声器。
利用三维设计软件CATIA 的装配设计模块对各个零部件进行虚拟装配,检查装配后虚拟总成的合理性。
并根据三维到二维的高效转化方法,转化为工程图纸。
最后对旋片机构进行运动学和动力学研究分析,为其平衡及强度设计建立基础。
关键词:制动系统;旋片式;电子真空泵;结构设计A Study on Design and Research of a Rotary Vane ElectronicYong JiangCollege of Engineering and Technology, Southwest University, Chongqing 400716, ChinaAbstract:With advantage of compact frame, excellent dynamical equilibrator and convenient mend, the rotary vane vacuum pump plays an important role in the vacuum equipment market.In this paper, the basic structure of the rotary vane pump, working principle and the main factors affecting the work performance is analyzed and studied.With the analysis of movement and the force of rotary vane, the calculation method of the performance of rotary vane pump is derived, and the dynamic mathematical model is established; according to the requirements for the performance of electronic vacuum pump in passenger cars, a three-dimensional structural model is established. 毕业设计(论文)-毕业论文-2XZ-15旋片式真空泵设计2XZ-15旋片式真空泵设计摘要旋片泵是最基本的一种真空获得设备,它既可以单独用来获取低中真空,也可以作为其它中高真空泵的前级泵来使用。
近些年来,直联式旋片泵随着电子、半导体、制药以及食品包装行业的发展而得到了迅速发展。
但是国内的直联旋片泵在性能上满足不了行业需求,而国内进口泵价格又太高,在这种情况下,有必要研发新的直联式旋片泵,在性能上追赶国外进口泵,同时在价格上让国内用户容易接受。
在此次毕业设计工作中,首先分析了当前的真空获得设备的市场情况以及国内外旋片泵在性能、价格上的差异,肯定了新型直联旋片泵研发的必要性。
随后,详细分析了国内旋片泵在性能上存在的问题,主要是极限真空、抽气效率、噪声、喷油及漏油这几个指标。
针对问题,结合现有技术水平,给出解决方案和设计目标。
根据解决方案,提出了结构上几个关键的改进和创新,即新型的排气过滤器和进气口的捕集器、改进的挡油板和排气口结构,以及外形的变动设计。
本工作所设计的双级直联双旋片式真空泵,是在分析、吸收众多国外著名公司及国内公司的结构及技术,再进行创新而开发出来的一种集过滤与捕集功能为一体的整体式旋片真空泵。
它具有节能、无需水冷、可直排大气等优点:同时体积小、重量轻、操作简单、维修方便;广泛应用于真空包装、薄膜制备与吸塑成型等领域。

In recent years, direct coupled rotary vane pump with the electronics, semiconductor, pharmaceutical and food packaging industry has been rapid development. Direct rotary vane pump in the domestic performance failed to meet the industry demand, the domestic prices of imported pumps are too high, in this case, there is a need to develop new Direct rotary vane pump performance to catch up with the imported pumps while the price for domestic users to easily accept.In the graduate design work, the first analysis of the vacuum equipment in the current market conditions, as well as domestic and foreign rotary vane pump, the difference in performance, price, and affirmed the necessity of the new direct rotary vane pump is developed. Subsequently, a detailed analysis of the problems of domestic rotary vane pump performance, ultimate vacuum and pumping efficiency, noise, fuel injection and oil spill a few indicators.
