为了健康成长,我们需要学会呵护生命、延伸生命和善待生命。
首先,呵护生命意味着我们不能把生命当做儿戏,需要时刻提高安全意识。
交通事故、食品中毒、流感传染、游泳溺水、玩耍坠楼、踩踏事件等等都可能发生。
因此,我们需要注意以下几点。
1.上下楼梯要有序,养成靠右行走的好惯,防止校园拥挤踩踏事故。
课间要注意文明休息,不允许追打吵闹。
2.遵守交通规则。
3.注意饮食安全,不要购买“三无”食品;不要在校门口和街头流动摊点购买零食,防止食物中毒。
4.在各项运动中要注意运动安全,听从体育老师的安排,要作好准备活动,运动时不要剧烈碰撞,以免受伤。
5.在同学间遇到矛盾时,一定要冷静、理智,切忌用拳头代替说理。
6.要认真做好流感等传染病的防治工作。

三月,春风和煦、万木吐绿、百花盛开,所有的生命都精神抖擞,蓬勃向上。
在过去的半个月里,我们经历3月5日:“向雷锋同志学习”纪念日,3月8日:国际劳动妇女节,3月12日:中国植树节,3月15日:国际消费者权益日等几个重大节日,把我们的温暖和关爱献给了父母、他人、自然和社会,在接下来的时间里,我们将迎来3月24日——国际肺结核疾病防治日。
在世界上,结核病被公认为传染病中的“第一号杀手”。
得了肺结核病如果不能彻底治疗就会完全丧失劳动能力和学校正常学习的机会,而且还会传染他人,对个人和家庭都是极大的危害。
我国目前约有5.5亿人感染了结核菌,感染率高达44.5%,高于全球1/3的感染率水平。
但感染了结核菌后,并不是所有的人都会发病,这主要取决于机体抵抗力的强弱。
因此,我给大家一些参考意见。
首先,我们要讲究个人卫生,养成良好的个人卫生习惯,不随地吐痰,咳嗽、打喷嚏应该避开他人;其次,我们要注意饮食卫生;同时,春天是传染病多发季节,结核病作为一种传染性很强的疾病,对个人和其它人都会带来严重的影响,在这个阴雨潮湿的春季,结核病更是高发阶段我们要学习预防传染病的知识,远离和预防各种传染病,促进身体健康。
第二、生活规律,劳逸结合,坚持体育锻炼,不断增强体质。
春季体育锻炼要注意锻炼时间。
在一天中,早晨6点左右为空气污染高峰期,运动越剧烈,吸入的空气越多,受污染的程度就越大。
因此,春天锻炼应在太阳升起后到户外运动为宜。
春季体育锻炼要选择合适的运动项目。
建议同学们则以跑步、跳绳、踢毽子打篮球、做广播体操为好。
春季体育锻炼运动前要热身。
春天是运动伤害的高发季,由于冬天运动比较少,身体的多项机能还在“冬眠”,因此在进入锻炼的正题前,必须先活动活动腰部与四肢的关节,搓搓手、脸、耳等暴露于外的部位,以促进局部血液循环,防止和避免扭伤的发生。
