Governments should focus more on preservation of environment rather than economic development There has been much discussion revolving around whether governments should pay more attention to environmental preservation rather than economic development.As far as I’m concerned,it is a very urgent global trend to pay more attention to the environmental preservation.My reasons are as follows. First of all,now the world has become too crowded.We are using up our natural resources, and polluting our environment with dangerous chemicals. If we continue to do this,human life will not survive anymore! It is widely acknowledged that governments are playing the most important role in the environmental protection today. So in my opinion, the governments should come up with some measures to deal with environment destruction immediately for “sustainable development” instead of the economic development.
