投诉信

文体感知

投诉信是对产品或服务表示不满的信件。责备、抱怨和要求赔偿类的写作形式都为投诉信。此类的写作内容要明确、具体，事实要条理清楚，但是要避免使用过激或使对方难堪的措辞。写作要开门见山地列出对什么不满、为什么不满，最后提出解决的办法。
