1、工艺分析

1)刀具:外圆车刀I;切槽刀(刃宽3mm)II;螺纹车刀III

夹具:三爪卡盘

2)加工路线

a外轮廓车削:对刀点→切入点1→车倒角→车Φ48外圆柱→车端面→车圆锥段→车Φ62外圆柱→车端面→车倒角→车Φ80外圆柱→车鞍形→车Φ80外圆柱→切出点1→对刀点

b外轮廓车削:对刀点→切入点2→车退刀槽(槽底停5转)→切入点2→对刀点

c外轮廓车削:对刀点→切入点3→车螺纹→切出点3→对刀点

3)加工参数

S1=630r/min;F1=150mm/min;S2=315r/min;F2=70mm/min;S3=90r/min;F3=1.5mm/r
