The broth is super spicy and flavorful thanks to all the chili peppers and Sichuan peppercorns they use. One bite transports your taste buds to flavor heaven! My mouth waters just thinking about it. We have hotpot at least once a week because it's my absolute favorite meal ever.Another tasty Chongqing food is xiaomian - those tiny, slippery noodles in a crazy intense sauce.
