日常工作中，除了解答有关药品方面的问题，药师常常也需要对一些工作程序、药品管理的有关规定向病人解释。
一、取药流程请出示你的发票。
Please show me your invoice自从实行医院联网管理后，门诊取药程序就与传统的取药方式有所改变。
药师在工作中也会遇到要求病人出示发票，或指导病人取药的对话。
●请到3（4，5）号窗。
Please go to window/desk three（four, five ）.或者告诉病人到对面坐，等屏幕显示其姓名才来取药：●请先到对面坐着，看到屏幕显示你的名字再过来取药。

卫生部合理用药专家委员会和中国执业药师协会、部分省市药品监督管理部门和执业药师协会的有关领导、专家，香港医院管理局总感染控制委员会、香港医院管理局总药剂师办事处的有关官员一同出席了本次研讨会。
会议由中国执业药师协会副会长陈济生主持。
本次研讨会由卫生部合理用药专家委员会与香港医院管理局、中国执业药师协会共同举办。
本次会议的主题是“合理应用抗感染药物”。
百余名来自全国各省市医务界、学术界的同仁们与香港医务界同仁齐聚一堂，共同研讨抗感染药物合理应用这一热点问题。
在报告环节中，卫生部合理用药专家委员会主任委员、中国执业药师协会常务副会长兼秘书长张淑芳介绍了“国家基本药物制度与合理用药工作的进展情况”；香港医院管理局总感染控制主任、伊利沙伯医院微生物学顾问曾艾壮先生介绍了“香港地区《抗生素导向计划》（ASP）的实施情况”；卫生部合理用药专家委员会委员、浙江大学医学院附属第一医院传染病诊治国家重点实验室教授肖永红作了“内地抗菌药物临床应用体系”的专题报告。
张淑芳代表主办单位对本次研讨会进行了总结，并强调本次研讨会旨在搭建一座桥梁，以加强内地与香港同仁的交流与合作，共同提高抗菌药物的合理使用水平。
会后，双方表示，将在此次会议的基础上进一步加强内地—香港医务界在抗菌药物用药个案方面的分析与交流，改善临床不合理应用抗菌药物的现状，为人类的健康事业做出贡献。
