New housing developments started popping up everywhere you looked. Dozens of new neighborhoods with hundreds of big fancy houses. They're stillbuilding more new homes constantly to keep up with all the demand from people wanting to live here.The sudden population boom has really transformed the whole vibe and feeling of Springville in a very short period of time. The downtown area got completely revamped and revitalized. They added a tons of trendy new restaurants, boutiques, cafes, art galleries, you name it. There's a really hopping nightlife scene now too with bars, comedy clubs, and live music venues. My parents almost never let me go down there at night though - they're no fun!They also built this gigantic new shopping mall on the outskirts of town a couple years ago.
