Milli-Q Synthesis 超纯水系统中文使用说明书Milli-Q Synthesis超强组合型详细说明:IVF等极为困难的特殊培养以及分子生物学实验专用Milli-Q Synthesis系结合Gradient所采用的短波UV灯(185nm)以及Biocel所采用的5,000分子量的UF 膜,其产水的TOC值可在5ppb以下(当进水的TOC值低于50ppb),热源则低于0.001EU/ml的新型超纯水装置。
本系统特别适用在容易受到水质影响的IVF或是DNA、RNA等分子生物学实验。
当然,Milli-Q Synthesis 的产水也可使用在需高灵敏度的HPLC检测上。

Milli-Q超纯水器使用指导∙机器要求常态为“PRE-OPERATE”状态,并保持24小时通电,需要经常检查供水水箱是否充足∙取水时,首先将取水开关开至“循环”档,待显示屏显示的电阻率达到18.2MΩ·cm时,才能把取水开关打到“产水档位∙超滤柱的消毒清洗 (针对Milli-QB或Milli-QS型号)定期地清洗超滤柱对于保证水质,延长超滤柱使用寿命是很有必要的。
Milli-Q纯水系统会每两星期定期显示有关信息"START SANIT." 以提醒您应清洗超滤柱。
在系统软件中有两种清洗程序.程序:1 (7小时)这是在大多数情况下运用的主要清洗程序。
使用这程序可以从下午下班前开始并利用晚上休息时间进行清洗。
使用程序1的时候,在启动后21分钟后关闭出水阀,此后系统会自动运行直至第二天早上。
程序2:(8小时)此程序有一个较长的浸泡过程,适用于当超滤柱的流量下降或柱已污染时。
此程序必须从早晨开始。
使用程序2时,必须在程序启动后71分钟关闭出水阀。
此后,系统会自动运行。
开始清洗时必须准备~30升的进水。
清洗操作步骤如下:按操作/待机“OPERATE/STANDBY” 键2 秒钟,使Milli-Q系统处于待机“STANDBY” 状态。
把MILLIPAK 40/20从出水枪上取下将过渡接头拧在出水口上。
将12mm外径的管子接在过渡接头上,管子的另一端通下水道或水槽。
将取水枪扳手扳下,待出水口无水流出(卸压),再将扳手扳上。
取下清洗口的盖子,把它放在附近,把3克NaOH(A.R.分析纯)(代替消毒氯片ZWCL01F50)放入清洗口。
将清洗口的“S”形盖子旋回原处,确保没有渗漏。
按控制面板清洗“CLEANING”键2 秒钟。
(若要选择程序2,再按一次清洗键)等待10秒钟后选择被确认,显示屏会显示“SAN.CYCLE 1”将取水枪扳手扳下,系统就开始进入清洗程序。
400分钟后将扳手扳回到朝上的位置注:若出水阀未关,系统不会计时清洗时间.清洗结束后,系统自动回到预操作(PRE OPERATE)状态去掉12mm管子和过渡接头,装好MILLIPAK 40/20.Milli-Q超纯水系统又可以正常使用了。

E-POD 取水器具有内部开关,E-POD取水器按键按到底(“H”档位)后松开手,内部开关处于锁定位置,水持续地从取水器中高速流出,再一次将E-POD取水器按键按到底,内部开关打开,按键回复到“0”档位,停止出水。
定量取水时,通过E-POD取水器键盘上的“+”和“—”快捷键来调整取水体积(范围从0.1L~60L),按下键盘上的该按钮,数秒钟之后,开始取水。
4.2.2 Milli-Q水的取用:Q-POD取水器按键有“0”、“L”、“M”和“H”4个档位,分别对应无水、低速、中速和高速4种取水速度。
在不出水的情况下,Q-POD取水器按键处于“0”档位。
在取水前可优化 Milli-Q 产水水质:1、按下 Q-POD 键盘上的循环键按钮(系统将循环纯水3 分钟);2、等待显示的电阻率上升(需要几秒钟);3、等待显示的 TOC 改变(需要9 分钟或更短)。
