时间呢是太快了，我都没反应过来，新的一个星期就翩然而至。

上周的点滴已经要珍藏在脑海里。

今天周一本来应该是室外升旗仪式，由于天气阴冷，改成了室内升旗仪式，我还是第一次知道有室内升旗仪式的存在。

全体学生收看校电视台，看着电视里仪仗队学生出旗升旗的片段，所有的学生都一样规整严肃的站着，班主任，任课老师也即使在班级里，少先队员行队礼，集体唱国歌，听国旗下讲话，没有一个环节少掉，秩序依然一样好。

提议班主任要求每个学生行队礼的时候必须把手套脱掉，站立的时候必须是立正的姿势，双手不允许塞进口袋。

我很受感动，有时候，我们不只是有在大庭广众下要求孩子们良好，即使是在自己的高三里，也要时刻严格要求自己。

这些看似苛刻斤斤计较的要求，对于孩子们的成长起到很重要的作用，他们很懂规矩，已经自我管理了良好的习惯。

这些二年级的孩子们就已经很尊敬老师，友爱同学，不嘲笑别人，会关心帮助生病的小朋友，要及时把课堂作业处理好，会回家自觉听写单词，自觉到老师那模块过关，会把手里的垃圾放进班级的垃圾桶，排丰满着匀称的队伍去食堂吃饭吃饭的时候，他们会把食堂阿姨端来的饭一一接力往最里面传，也抢到就是最里面的孩子最先拿到饭，等到所有夺下的人拿到饭了他们能很默契的开吃，每五个人一份汤，他们也都是很谦让的帮别人盛到碗里，一起分着喝，如果经常发饭后水果，最先吃完的小朋友会主动请命，有社会秩序的一一分发，苹果，橘子，香蕉，大枣，或者是梨子，他们没有任何人偏偏，相当自觉的接受接受属于自己的那份，我觉得这很难得，因为我听过有个四年级的班级，发水果很难顺利进行，都沦落到像抓阄一样的摸水果的地步(总有一部分人觉得自己了，难看了)。

我听了觉得很滑稽，虽然可以认知这些孩子的行为，但是和我们高二的班级的孩子们比，他们真的有些倒退了。

工作上，自己是由一名学生刚刚转变为一名老师，虽然有扎实的学科知识，还有一些教学的理论知识，可这远远不够通过一周的备课，给学生上课，与老师的沟通，认识到了自己的不足：课的重难点的把握，课堂时间的把握等等自己带着一腔热情来到这里，也曾经畅想过自己上课时的情景，可实际往往与想象有一定的差距实际情况告诉我：一定要成长!我渴望成长，希望自己能把工作做好我告诉自己一定要多看书，多学习，多向当地老师请教，多研究自己虽然和学生年龄只差五六岁，不会有太大的代沟，但还是不能调动学生学习的积极性对学生的了解不够，自己对这一年龄段的学生的共同点有所了解。

可当地的学生有他们自己的特点认识到需要针对不同的学生要采取不同的方法我告诉自己：首先要和他们的任课老师及班主任多沟通，再就是要和学生在课下多沟通，多交流，去了解他们，提高课堂学习效率再有一点就是老师的教学经验这一很大的财富，让自己叹服，应多学习，我想这会让自己受益匪浅通过这一周，我的感受就是我要成长，成长为一名优秀的教师而成长的途径还是学习!英语实习生实习周报篇2课后我走到学生中间去，问他们是否听得懂，有么有什么疑问，有没有什么意见和建议。

他们的反映基本上都说听得懂，只是说中文说太多了，应该先说中文在用英文解释。

因此我下次上课时就尽量先说中文再用英文解释。

以后的每次上课我都会备好课：备教材、备课标、备学生。

我先自己写好教案，与其他组员一起讨论，试进。

同时在临睡前，第二天去实习学校的公交车上，以及上课前五分钟，我都会在脑子里回顾下将要上的课的基本步骤。
