为了确保您能够顺利获得泰国学生签证，并遵守泰国相关法律法规，我们特制定本同意书。

请您仔细阅读以下内容，并在充分理解的基础上签署本同意书。

一、签证申请目的1. 我方（以下简称“学校”）是一家经泰国教育部批准的正规教育机构，具备提供优质教育服务的资质。

2. 我方承诺，将为您提供良好的学习环境、教学资源和生活保障，确保您的学业顺利完成。

3. 您申请泰国学生签证的目的是为了在我方学校进行学习，提高自身综合素质。

二、签证申请条件1. 您必须具备高中及以上学历，并持有相关学历证书。

2. 您必须具备良好的道德品质，无犯罪记录。

3. 您必须具备一定的经济能力，能够承担在泰国的学费、生活费等费用。

4. 您必须参加我方学校组织的面试，面试合格后方可申请签证。

三、签证申请流程1. 您需填写《泰国学生签证申请表》，并提交以下材料：（1）有效护照原件及复印件；（2）近期彩色护照照片2张；（3）高中及以上学历证书原件及复印件；（4）面试合格通知书；（5）经济能力证明（如银行存款证明、奖学金证明等）；（6）其他相关材料。

2. 我方将对您提交的材料进行审核，并在审核通过后，协助您办理签证。

3. 您需按照泰国使领馆要求，按时参加签证面试。

4. 签证办理成功后，您需按照签证规定的时间前往泰国，并按时入学。

四、签证持有者义务1. 您必须遵守泰国法律法规，尊重当地风俗习惯。

2. 您必须遵守我方学校的规章制度，服从学校管理。

3. 您必须按时缴纳学费、住宿费等相关费用。

4. 您必须按时参加课程学习，不得擅自离校。

5. 您必须按时参加学校组织的各类活动，丰富自己的课余生活。

6. 您必须按时参加体检，确保身体健康。

7. 您必须按时办理签证延期手续，确保签证有效期与学业相符。

五、签证终止与退学1. 如您在签证有效期内因故终止学业，需提前一个月向学校提出书面申请。

2. 学校将在收到您的退学申请后，协助您办理签证终止手续。

一、甲方在海阳域内管线项目建成并投入使用后，将向乙方供应管道天然气。

二、甲方在海阳域内管线项目建成并投入使用后，乙方将使用甲方提供的天然气。

三、天然气用量：乙方天然气用量预计为万方/年。

四、天然气价格：根据物价局核准天然气价格收取。

五、计量方式：以天然气流量计计量值为准。

六、结算方式：按照双方协商的结果方式予以结算。

七、其他说明：本意向书是双方进一步合作的基础，是双方未来签订供气合同中包涵的主要条件和条款的意向性的陈述，具体约点按双方未来签订的《管道燃气供气合同》规定执行。

本意向书一式两份，甲、乙双方各持一份，经双方签字、盖章后生效。

待双方签订正式《管道燃气供气合同》后终止。

未尽事宜双方协商解决。
