一、调查目的和方式为了解目前高中学生学习英语的兴趣,他们的学习效果如何及他们对当前的英语教学与英语学习环境的看法,以便发现问题、解决问题,我们对海南中学东坡高一(10)班的5 0名学生(男生28人,女生22人)以问卷的形式进行了一次调查。
此次调查共设问题6个开放性调查问题,发放问卷共50份,收回50份,其中有效问卷48份,有效回收率96%。
在问题设计上,我们主要关注的是高中生对学习英语的认识,要求和在课外的自主学习情况。
题目分为三部分:一、关于高中生学好英语的目的及学好英语需要培养的几种能力,二、假设情境,如遇见外国人感觉如何,与他们交流需要什么能力,三、学生希望老师如何培养听说能力,及在没有老师的帮助下如何培养自己的听说能力。
二、调查结果和分析(一)、关于高中生学好英语的目的及学好英语需要培养的几种能力通过调查,我们发现绝大多数的学生(82.9%)认为学好英语的目的是为了高考,他们认为英语很大程度上以后用不上,除非以后选择的或者从事的是英语专业。
这一结果一方面表明多数学生学习英语的目的很现实,就是为了高考,考高分。
少数的学生认为学习英语是为了交际。
而在我们问及“学好英语需要培养哪几个方面的能力”时,占前两位的选项为“口语”和“听力”。
