3管理策略设计
八年级的学生一般处于青春期或者说叛逆期，自我中心意识开始突出，这是一种优势，可以在小组环节中让学生们嗨起来，但是这也增加了管理的难度，因而在小组活动中强调奖励的作用，让模范小组起好带头作用，但是也要注意惩罚措施的应用。
