浅论中国当代之学术诚信近年来，我国关于学术造假和学术不端问题的报道越来越多，对学要诚信的关注度也越来越高，从专家学术造假到高校考试作弊现象层出不穷，当我们在对这些当事人的学术道德进行一味谴责时，更应该冷静下来，思考这些现象之所以不断出现，其本质根源到底是什么问题。
首先，社会道德失范，诚信缺失。
目前，我们正处于社会主义转型期间，随着各种道德价值观念的入侵，整个社会处于一种社会道德失范的状况，损人利己，唯利是图，背信弃义的道德观念严重侵袭人们的灵魂，社会诚信缺失，学术诚信被视为傻帽，造假被视为能耐，于是，学术造假现象也随之盛行。
其次，在职称评定、业绩考核上，过分重视“学术成果”是导致学术造假的直接动因。
现在各个行业对论文的字数、质量都有硬性的要求，在没有造假的认定标准和惩罚措施的时候，再加上各种各样的要求，学术上的不诚信、浮夸之风很自然就会存在。
再者，没有惩罚措施，犯规成本低。
没有人重视学术规范的重要性，有些造假者即使被揭穿也照样升官晋级，甚至还优先于人，有些学生即使抄袭被发现，毕业后也没有几个工作单位会进行实质性的处理，可见，学术不诚信没有太大风险，法律风险更为零。
面对愈演愈烈的学术不端行为，我们的国家，我们的法律应该如何反省，如何去做呢？首先，加强学者道德自律意识，打击学术造假。
应重点加强各高校、科研院教师的学术道德教育，增强教师自律意识，从思想上彻底清除滋生学术造假的土壤。
其次，重建学术评价体系，打击学术不端。
评价体系将考核导向由论文数量转变为论文质量，将学术拖出经济利益的泥潭，提高科研人员待遇，创造宽松的治学环境。
第三，制定学术行为规范，完善相关法律法规，对学术造假行为在行政上、民下上、刑事上制定不同的惩罚等级，痛击学术造假行为，让学术不诚信行为无路可走。

成功可以是一种心态，可以是一种状态，也可以是一种经历，这些并不是金钱所能买到的，因此，我们要摆正自己对金钱的位置，不做金钱的奴隶，要做金钱的主人，在重视物质生活的同时，要更加注重精神生活富裕，从而获得真正的幸福。
