目前，对于中医汉英词典研究所秉持的依然是应用语言学“脱政治”(apolitical)的研究惯例，研究注重语言形式和翻译文本对等的描写，弱化了社会政治、历史、意识形态等因素在编纂过程中的作用，无法客观、全面地阐述中医英译历史和词典编纂的本质。

批评语言学关注语言在建构社会权力关系中的作用，强调语言、权力和意识形态之间的互动关系。

将批评语言学引入到中医汉英词典的研究中，从意识形态和权力关系维度开展词典学研究，开辟新的思路和视角，丰富研究内涵，有利于“提高词典编纂者……立足历史、文化与社会政治视角理性、客观而有目的地规划、评析或从事词典及相关语言或社会活动”［2］。

1批评语言学视角下的词典研究批评语言学(criticallinguistics)坚持以语言分析为手段，以透过表面语言形式，揭示语篇中隐含意识形态领域的作用和反作用关系，从而解释语言与权力分布、语言与社会控制之间的联系［3］。

批评语言学强调语言、意识形态、权力和文化四位一体的关系，反对唯语言本体和描写主义研究传统和路径，加速了语言学研究从“纯粹语法理论”到“关注社会与指涉意义”的过度转变。

词典是语言和语词的标准和权威。

批评语言学认为，“词典表面上是一种客观而中性的语言产品，深层次则承载有特定的文化基因与社会属性，表征了特定社会的主流意识形态价值或偏见。

［2］”而Ezquerra更是明示“词典向来是政治和意识形态工具”［4］。

20世纪80年代，语言学研究者将词典文本看为一种特殊的语篇，指出了词典的语篇属性。

批评语言学框架内的词典研究目的则是通过词典文本的语篇分析，阐述词典语言背后所隐藏的意识形态意义、社会结构和权力控制的关系。

当肾阳虚弱，命门火不足，脾胃得不到这种阳气的温煦，影响胃气腐熟水谷和脾气运化营养精微，运化水湿的功能，出现肾脾阳虚的综合病症，均属火不生土。

临床表现为腰酸膝冷，畏寒，饮食不化，小便不利，浮肿或天亮前腹泻等。

火盛刑金（火旺刑金）火指肝火，与木火刑金同义。

五行学说认为，事物有生化的一面，也有克制的另一面。

【出处】出自《民间常用草药汇编》【拼音名】Wá Wɑ Quán【英文名】Root of Bilobed Grewia【别名】孩儿拳头、麻糖果、拗山皮、棉筋条、山络麻、狗糜子、串果崽子、狗肾子、夹板子、月亮皮、葛荆麻。

【来源】药材基源：为椴树科植物扁担杆的全株。

拉丁植物动物矿物名：Grewia biloba G.Don[G.glabrescens Benth.]采收和储藏：夏、秋季采收，洗净，晒干或鲜用。

【原形态】扁担杆灌木或小乔木，高1-4m.多分枝，嫩枝被粗毛。

叶互生；叶柄长4-8mm，被粗毛；托叶钻形，长3-4mm；叶片薄革质，椭圆形或倒卵状椭圆形，长4-9cm，宽2.5-4cm，先端锐尖，基部楔形或钝，两面有稀疏星状粗毛，边缘有细锯齿；基出脉3条，两侧脉上行过半，中脉有侧脉3-5对。

聚伞花序腋生，多花，花序柄长不到1cm；花柄长3-6mm；苞片钻形，长3-5mm；萼片狭长圆形，长4-7mm，外面被毛，内面无毛；花瓣长1-1.5mm；雌雄蕊柄长约0.5mm，有毛；雄蕊长2mm；子房有毛，花柱与萼片平齐，柱头扩大，盘状，有浅裂。

核果红色，有2-4颗分核。

花期5-7月。

【生境分布】生态环境：生于丘陵或低山路边草地、灌丛或疏林中。

资源分布：分布于江苏、安徽、浙江、江西、福建、台湾、湖南、广东、广西、四川等地。

【性味】甘；苦；温【归经】肝；脾；胃经【功能主治】健脾益气；祛风除湿；固精止带。

主治脾虚食少；久脱肛；小儿疳积；蛔虫病；风湿痹痛；遗精；崩漏；带下；子宫脱垂。

【用法用量】内服：煎汤，9-15g；或浸酒。

外用：适量，鲜品捣敷。

拉丁植物动物矿物名：Chonemorpha valvata Chatt采收和储藏：全年均可采，洗净，晒干。

【原形态】粗壮木质藤本。

幼枝被黄色短柔毛，全林均具丰富乳汁。

叶对生，宽卵形或近圆形，长15-30cm，宽10-20cm，先端急尖或浑圆，基部圆形，叶背被短柔毛；叶脉明显。

顶生聚伞花序，花淡红色；花萼5裂至基部，裂片镊合状排列，内面基部具齿状腺体；花冠近高脚碟状，花冠筒内面被密柔毛，裂片向右覆盖；雄蕊着生于花冠筒中部，花药箭头状，花丝被微柔毛；花盘环状，先端浅裂；于房由2枚离生心皮组成，花柱丝状，先端被微毛。

蓇葖双生并行。

种子扁平，先端有长绢质种毛。

花期春、夏季，果期秋、冬季。

【生境分布】生态环境：生于海拔900-1600m的山地密林中、沟谷阴湿处。

资源分布：分布于云南西南部。

【性味】甘；微苦；性微温；小毒
【功能主治】祛风活络；止血。

主治风湿关节痛；骨折；外伤出血。

【用法用量】内服：煎汤，5-10g；或浸酒。

外用：适量，研末撒或调敷。
