极细同轴线电缆结构电缆结构:面向手机开发的极细同轴电缆的结构是,中心导体为42AWG(7/0.025mm同心绞合镀银铜合金线,横卷绕包的外部导体为(约20/0.03mm)镀锡铜合金线。
当中的绝缘层与外护套均选用可溶性聚四氟乙烯PFA是由于氟塑料的介电常数比较低,适合于高频传送,能够减轻辐射噪音的影响,并且可以提高电缆自身的柔韧性。

5. 绞合、斜包与挤出
42AWG(7/0.025mm)中心导体的镀银铜合金线一般使用带退扭的单扭束丝机(Single Twist Buncher)来绞合,其均一的送线张力与送线长度是稳定退扭的关键。
绝缘与护套间的斜包屏蔽导体使用的是斜包机(Spiral Shield Machine), 要做到几十根极细线高速斜包(3,000RPM),对设备的张力控制能力要求非常严格
考虑到极细同轴电缆绝缘与外护套的低介电常数与耐电压特性等电性能,以及末端加工时耐热性和耐弯曲性等机械性能方面的要求,选用了在超薄挤出时树脂流动性良好的可溶性聚四氟乙烯PFA。
电缆绝缘的挤出生产线配备了精度很高的送收线张力控制设备,确保了量产时的稳定性。
