It’s the fifth class of Topic 3, Unit 1. The purpose is to help

the students master the first two changing rules of the plural forms of

countable nouns and practice using the key sentence structures based on

the language knowledge learned in Sections A and B.

IV.Analysis of the students

As learners in the first stage, the students are very curious so

they are interested in talking about something in English. And they have

had the ability of asking and answering about the real objects after the

learning of Sections A and B.

2. Go on learning the present perfect tense.

3. Compare the living conditions in the past with those at present.

Step 1 Review

1.检查作业，让学生在小组中交流自己的报告，然后小组推荐出一名学生向全体同学报告，师生互动，谈论父母或爷爷奶奶的童年生活。

T: Do you know what your granny’s life was like in the past? Who can tell us?
