B、NC型横流式冷却塔淋水填料马利NC方形横流式冷却塔采用的MX-75型高级薄膜式复合波淋水填料, 堪称世界上薄膜式淋水填料的佼佼者,此填料片用于横流冷却塔, 由热处理PVC多层片构成，厚度0.38mm, 表面成波纹式, 相邻两层填料片形成的间隔,保证气流的通畅,经美国冷却塔协会(CTI)测试分析,其阻力特性和热力特性远远优于现有国内填料,使用寿命15年以上。
一般冷却塔产品填料均采用竖直放置，且无明显收水端。
参考右下图，一般冷却塔的做法是布水盘偏向外侧安装，A、B、C、D、E、F这6个区域内充满了填料，而当冷却塔运行起来以后，由于风机向上排风，气流由外向内流经填料，在风力的带动下，实际冷却水流过的区域是C、D、E、F、G这5个区域，A、B两区无水。
那么按照一般冷却塔的做法，用，而有水的G区却又没有填料。
马利的工程师们对这个问题进行了深入的研究，在千百次的实验之后，提出了冷却塔填料倾斜悬挂式安装的方案，在马利冷却塔当中C、D、E、F、G区充满填料，A、B两区无填料，而倾斜的角度又根据不同的塔型有十分严格的要求，这种方法有效地解决了进风面下端“无水区”问题，且填料带有明显的收水端，克服了竖直放置填料的缺点。

冷却塔 [1] (The cooling tower)是用水作为循环冷却剂，从一系统中吸收热量排放至大气中，以降低水温的装置；其冷是利用水与空气流动接触后进行冷热交换产生蒸汽，蒸汽挥发带走热量达到蒸发散热、对流传热和辐射传热等原理来散去工业上或制冷空调中产生的余热来降低水温的蒸发散热装置，以保证系统的正常运行，装置一般为桶状，故名为冷却塔。

水质为多变量的函数，冷却更是多因素，多变量与多效应综合的过程 [2]。
原理编辑1.冷却塔循环水系统中必须存在一定的富余能量(20%-25%)，在运行时就把这些能量聚集在某个阀门处，久而久之这些能量就白白地流失掉。
外置式水轮机就是利用这些“富余能量”转换为高效机械能，从而100%取代冷却塔风机电机达到节电目的。
2.外置式水轮机如何能达到电机驱动效率的关键是：了解冷却塔循环水系统设计中的富余能量，同时水轮机的叶轮设计也是关键，富余能量的组成主要由以下6个部分：1）循环水系统设计时必须考虑的余量值；2）换热设备的势能利用；3）水轮机的自身调节能力；4）循环水系统的动能转换效率；5）阀门没有开启到位时，由阀门所消耗的能量。
6）低流量通过合并再分流方法满足系统要求。

2号楼冷却塔更换填料、补水装置招标需求一、项目简介1. 招标范围：2号楼冷却塔更换填料、补水装置。
国家知识产权局2号楼位于海淀区西土城路6号主办公区内。
2号楼中央空调系统所用冷却塔（马利SC-150UL）于2002年随整套系统投入使用，共有12台，组合安装于Ⅲ段屋面。
2．工期：施工工期为30日历天。
二、投标人资格要求1．具备机电设备安装工程专业承包企业资质三级（含以上）资质。
三、投标方项目经理及人员要求1．近三年项目经理要完成相同规模及以上工程至少3个。
2．企业和项目经理没有不良记录。
3．施工项目人员配备齐全、培训完善、素质达标，重点岗位需持证上岗。
四、投标要求1．投标文件要求：投标文件中必须包含材料样品、工程量清单、工程报价、施工方案、施工组织设计、安全施工和文明施工措施、所用施工材料合格证明、企业及项目经理曾完成相同规模及以上工程的书面证明材料。
2．投标单位证件要求：投标单位须提供法人营业执照复印件、组织机构代码证复印件、税务登记证复印件、授权委托书或法人资格证、机电设备安装工程专业承包企业资质证书复印件、安全生产许可证复印件、现场施工安全负责人安全上岗证复印件。
3．投标报价要求：（1）投标单位分别报出各项单价和总价。
（2）本次招标项目为一个总包，投标商不得将分包拆开投标，否则无效。
（3）报价如计算错误时，以总价为准，如大小写不符时，以大写金额为准。
（4）不接受任何选择性报价。
投标报价指货物、随配附件、备品备件、工具、运抵指定交货地点的各种费用、和售后服务、税金及其他所有成本费用的总和。
（5）根据参考北京工程造价信息、预算定额、工程量清单（附件1）报价、主要材料暂估价（附件2），最终报价为优惠后的报价，并明确优惠率。
4．书面承诺及违约责任(承诺函应加盖投标供应商公章)要求：（1）项目不得转包承诺。
违反承诺将取消中标资格。
（2）工期承诺。
因乙方原因逾期交工的，乙方向甲方偿付违约部分每日0.5%的违约金。
