仔细收集上清。
保存过程中如有沉淀形成,应再次离心。
6. 组织标本切割标本后,称取重量。

Pressure is released suddenly with a loud noise, and gases escape at high velocity.2. K now the burst pressure. (This rating is marked on theend face of the rupture disc unit, as required by CGAS-1.1.)3. B e sure the maximum burst pressure does not exceed the cylinder test pressure.4. 2.使用前检查转子安装是否正确,固定转子的锁紧螺杆是否锁紧。
3.离心管在放入样品时,样品的容量不能够超过离心管容量的70%-80%。
加入样品的重量,并且每组的重量误差不能超过2克。
(在装样品前检查离心管是否破裂,如破裂就不能继续使用)4.离心管(含样品)放入适配置器中,并放入转子体内,(放入时,必须将吊杯的编号与转子体的编号一致),并且必须对称放置;保持转子在高速运转时的平衡。
5.设置转速、时间、温度、转子的型号;如果使用同一个转子,遵循:转速²×时间=常数,适当降低转速,延长时间可达到同样的离心效果。
6.离心时如有样品溢出,请在离心结束后将转子内清洗干净,倒置沥干水。
7.当天最后使用本离心机者,离心结束后,从离心机中取出转子并倒置,将转子表面擦拭干净,并擦干离心机腔内的冷凝水并打开盖门,关掉电源。
8.对转子进行定期检查,用肉眼观察转子体表面是否有裂痕,如有裂痕要及时与厂家联系以便妥善处理。
9.离心机在运行中,如发现声音有异常现象,要及时关机排除故障,才能继续使用。
10.建议离心机操作者专人使用专人管理。
11.如遇到突然停电情况,请用紧急开关装置,放在机器的两侧,使劲顶一下,即可以打开门盖,取出样品。
