ELITIST10K-R-XP 大容量冷冻离心机使用说明书离心机操作规范离心机是高度危险的仪器，请安全使用！如未遵守以下任何步骤操作，后果自负！严禁触摸与离心机操作无关的部件！使用说明：（使用本离心机前请仔细阅读）1．先登记，后使用；（使用管理者）。

2．使用前检查转子安装是否正确，固定转子的锁紧螺杆是否锁紧。

3．离心管在放入样品时，样品的容量不能够超过离心管容量的70％-80％。

加入样品的重量，并且每组的重量误差不能超过2克。

（在装样品前检查离心管是否破裂，如破裂就不能继续使用）4．离心管（含样品）放入适配置器中，并放入转子体内，（放入时，必须将吊杯的编号与转子体的编号一致），并且必须对称放置；保持转子在高速运转时的平衡。

5．设置转速、时间、温度、转子的型号；如果使用同一个转子，遵循：转速²×时间＝常数，适当降低转速，延长时间可达到同样的离心效果。

6．离心时如有样品溢出，请在离心结束后将转子内清洗干净，倒置沥干水。

7．当天最后使用本离心机者，离心结束后，从离心机中取出转子并倒置，将转子表面擦拭干净,并擦干离心机腔内的冷凝水并打开盖门，关掉电源。

8．对转子进行定期检查，用肉眼观察转子体表面是否有裂痕，如有裂痕要及时与厂家联系以便妥善处理。

9．离心机在运行中，如发现声音有异常现象，要及时关机排除故障，才能继续使用。

10．建议离心机操作者专人使用专人管理。

11．如遇到突然停电情况，请用紧急开关装置，放在机器的两侧，使劲顶一下，即可以打开门盖，取出样品。
