摘要:本文介绍了某重卡9.5吨转向桥用工字梁的主要技术参数及结构设计,并对该工字梁在几
种典型工况下进行了受力分析及强度校核。通过与材料的力学性能对比及台架试验验证得出该_丁
字梁的设计是安全、可靠的;与现有成熟产品7.5吨转向桥用工字梁相比,该工字梁的结构是合
理的,并具有轻量化的特点。

Abstract:The text introduces the main technical parameters and structural design of a I-beam for 9.5 ton
steering axle of a heavy truck,and does the stress analysis and strength check for the I-beam in several typical
working conditions.The design of the I-beam is proved to be safe and reliable through comparing with the

摘要:设计了一款车载2 t移动梁起重机,介绍了车载移动梁起重机的基本组成和工作原理,并应 用材料力学及机械原理知识对起重机的移动梁与导轨的力学强度进行了校核,计算结果表明,选用 的移动梁材料Q235B ̄D导轨材料工字钢I20A均能够满足设计要求。 关键词:起重机 车载 移动梁 导轨 设计 强度校核
Abstract The moving girder crane in vehicles was designed in this paper,and its basic structure and working principle was introduced.Mechanics strength of moving girder and guiding orbit was emended utilizing the knowledge of materials mechanics and principle of mechanism The results showed that the materials ofmoving girder ofQ235B and the materials ofguiding orbit ofI20a could satisfy requirement of design. Abstract The moving girder crane in vehicles was designed in this paper, and

1 前言
大中型精密设备对运载工具的设计提出了较为严格的要求,要求厢式车的布局设计合理化、精密设备吊装过程的平稳化及安全化。大中型精密设备的运载通常需要通过随车吊或叉车来完成,这就要求同时使用一辆厢式车和一辆吊车(或叉车),这不仅会因为增加一辆车而增加费用,也给吊装带来了不便[1,2]。
