PCB Matrix IPC-7351 LP软件介绍1.软件组成IPC-7351 LP软件是PCB Matrix公司基于IPC-7351标准的PCB设计库的自动化生成EDA工具,包括LP浏览器、LP计算器、LP库、LP自动生成器。
LP浏览器可以快速浏览上千的电子元器件,快速查询找到一个匹配的元器件信息。
LP 浏览器实现了元器件名称、型号规格、尺寸、图形、图形名字以及和元器件制造商等详细信息,并可在互联网环境下实现网站的连接。
LP计算器从其他元器件数据可直接计算几何图形,可以很容易地在图形浏览器中检查器件和图形尺寸。
LP 库有完整的浏览器和计算器功能,加上允许你保存、备份和参考元器件数据来消除冗余的工作,可以与其他使用免费的LP浏览器或其他IPC-7351 LP的的人分享已保存数据。
LP 自动生成器拥有全面的LP浏览器、计算器和库功能。
能实现计算和建立元件。
输出选项可以创建适用于Expedition 、Protel、Cadence Allegro、Mentor Board Station、Altium Designer、OrCAD PCB Editor、OrCAD Layout、PADS Layout、CADSTAR, CR5000、Pantheon、PADS、PADS ASII、PCAD和更多的电路设计软件EDA的PCB封装库文件。
LP自动生成器能按照IPC-7351和IPC-7351A标准提供稳健的库文档和IPC-7351A LP浏览器。
在工程师输入的数据后可以通过机构使用IPC-7351A浏览器按照项目管理与授权与其他工程师共享,能满足对库文档长期更新扩展的需求并提供良好的兼容性,能够实现批量修改,包括焊盘尺寸,丝印层中的外形尺寸等参数,能自定义设计规则,能实现批量输出符合要求的、可在EDA软件里直接调用的封装库文件。

本文档规定元器件封装库设计中需要注意的一些事项,目的是使设计规范化,并通过将经验固化为规范的方式,避免设计过程中错误的发生,最终提高产品质量。

2 相关说明本规范作为电路设计中的指导文档,并会由其中抽取相应要点形成“元器件封装检查规范”。
3 设计规范通用规范单位尺寸使用mil(千分之一英寸)和mm(毫米)两种,以取整为使用前提。
比如:常用的100mil间距插座(2.54mm),50mil间距芯片引脚;一些特殊的2mm间距插座,1mm间距芯片引脚,0.8mm 间距BGA焊球。
因为单位换算有精度损失,在设计中不要随意切换单位!:焊盘设计相关要求焊盘的命名方法参见表1注:PAD单位为mil。

1 打開投影機電源並切換至「PC 」。
2 連接RGB 纜線並啟動電腦。
請注意投影機與電腦USB 接頭形狀並不相同。
檢查電腦畫面是否顯示於投影機上。
3 連接USB 纜線。
插入接頭,請確認插頭正確方向。
4 出現「iP-Viewer start? (開始iP-VIEWER ?)」訊息視窗後。
點選「OK 」鍵。
iP-VIEWER 啟動。
5 點選iP Viewer 的「setting (設置)」視窗中的「manual (使用說明)」按鈕即可閱讀iP Viewer 操作說明。
iP-VIEWER 並不會安裝至您的電腦中。
只有當投影機與電腦透過USB 纜線連接時才會啟動。
可儲存及投影OHP 畫面、電腦螢幕及檔案,並可處理擷取下來的文件等。
●保存投影畫面(掃描功能)可保存最大至A4尺寸的文件。

確認SD 記憶卡未插入。
)1 將輸入選項切換至「OHP 」。
2 將文件放置於投影機玻璃鏡面表面並調整擷取位置。
3 按下「FREEZE/CAPTURE (畫面靜止/擷取)」按鈕。
當畫面被擷取時,投影機畫面會顯示「USB 」指示圖案。
待「USB 」指示圖案消失後即可擷取下一張文件。
如欲保存多張圖片,請重覆步驟2與步驟3。
4 將輸入選項切換至「PC (電腦)」後按下[TRANSFER] (傳送)鈕,如輸入選項設置為「OHP 」,長按[TRANSFER] (傳送)鈕。
將開始傳送資料至電腦中。
((在電腦上操作))5 資料傳送時,「Transfer (傳送)」鈕會持續閃爍綠光指示。
資料傳輸完畢後,「Transfer (傳送)」鈕指示燈會自動熄滅(轉成淡灰色),並以紅色字體顯示「File transfer from the projector is completed (投影機檔案傳輸完畢)」。

Users can check real-time point cloud data of all the Livox LiDAR sensors connected to a computer, and can easily view, record, and save the cloud data for offline or further use.Supported SystemsLivox Viewer supports WINDOWS® 7/8/10 (64 bit) and UBUNTU®16.04 (64 bit).System RequirementsNo special configuration is required to use Livox Viewer. However, the point cloud data display requires a computer with compatible graphics capabilities. It is recommended to use a computer with a discrete graphics card if the point cloud data of multiple Livox LiDAR sensors need to be displayed. A better computer GPU will result in a considerably improved graphics performance.Pre-Start ChecklistConnecting Livox LiDAR Sensor to the ComputerMake sure the Livox device is connected to a power source of 12 V . Livox Mid Series: connect Livox Mid series LiDAR sensors to a router using an Ethernet cable, and then connect the router to the computer. Other Livox products: connect the Livox device to the computer using an Ethernet cable.• The connection methods listed above only apply to Livox devices with default IP address settings.• Routers and switchboards are different. The Livox device may not work properly if it is connected to a switchboard.• Make sure the Livox device is connected to a LAN port instead of a WAN port. The Livox device may not work properly if it is connected to an incorrect port.Turning off FirewallsThere is a risk that a Livox device will be blocked by Windows Firewall due to the ethernet connection. It is recommended to turn off Windows Firewall to avoid the Livox device being undetected.Configuring the IP Address of the ComputerSet the IP address mode of the computer to dynamic IP address if the computer is connected to a router. For Windows users, the computer can acquire the IP address automatically. 本文档规定元器件封装库设计中需要注意的一些事项,目的是使设计规范化,并通过将经验固化为规范的方式,避免设计过程中错误的发生,最终提高产品质量。
本文中的所有信息归闪龙公司所有,未经允许,不得外传。
2 相关说明本规范作为电路设计中的指导文档,并会由其中抽取相应要点形成“元器件封装检查规范”。
3 设计规范3.1 通用规范单位尺寸使用mil(千分之一英寸)和mm(毫米)两种,以取整为使用前提。
比如:常用的100mil间距插座(2.54mm),50mil 间距芯片引脚;一些特殊的2mm间距插座,1mm间距芯片引脚,0.8mm间距BGA焊球。
因为单位换算有精度损失,在设计中不要随意切换单位!3.2 焊盘设计相关要求焊盘的命名方法参见表1注:PAD单位为mil。
焊盘类型简称标准图示命名表面贴装矩形焊盘SMD SMD + 宽(Y) x 长(X)命名举例:SMD21X20,SMD32X30。

1993年曾对该标准的修订版A进行了一次彻底修正,接着1996年对新的片式元件进行了修正,到1999年又对引脚间距小于1.0mm的BGA元件进行了修正,该文件向用户提供了表面贴装焊盘的合适尺寸、形状和容差,以保证这些焊点的焊缝满足要求,同时可供检验与测试。
该文件还努力紧跟新元件系列的不断推出和元件密度向更高方向发展的趋势,IPC确认其范例交换是有序的。
走入未来2005年2月,IPC发布了期待已久的IPC-SM-782A的替代标准IPC-7351--表面贴装设计和焊盘图形标准通用要求。
