如何保持健康英语作文八年级70词全文共6篇示例,供读者参考篇1How to Stay HealthyHey guys! Today I want to talk about something super important - staying healthy. As we're growing up, it's really key that we take care of our bodies and minds. I've learned a lot about this from my parents, teachers, and just trying to live a healthy lifestyle myself. Let me share some tips with you!First up, let's talk about food. You've probably heard the saying "You are what you eat" and it's totally true. The foods we put into our bodies have a huge impact on how we feel and function. My mom is always saying we need to "eat the rainbow" by having a variety of colorful fruits and veggies. The different colors give us different vitamins and minerals that are essential for good health. Some of my favorite healthy foods are blueberries, sweet potatoes, broccoli, oranges, and salmon. But I also love treats like ice cream and cookies in moderation. The key is balancing nutritious stuff with less healthy items. I try to make half my plateat meals the veggie and fruit part. It's also really important to drink lots of water and avoid too many sugary drinks.Sleep is another crucial part of being healthy. We need adequate sleep to rest our bodies and recharge our brains. Without enough sleep, we can't focus well in school, lack energy for activities, and may even get sick more easily. The recommended amount for kids my age is 9-12 hours per night. I aim for around 10 hours when I can. Some tips for better sleep are having a relaxing nighttime routine, keeping screens out of the bedroom, and going tobed/waking up around the same time daily, even on weekends. It can be tempting to stay up late, but getting enough sleep pays off big time!Moving our bodies regularly is key too. The Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans recommend at least 60 minutes of physical activity per day for kids. This could be anything that gets your heart pumping like playing sports, dancing, biking, or even just running around at recess.Being active helps us maintain a healthy weight, builds strong muscles and bones, improves our moods, and gives us more energy. I try to mix it up by playing basketball with friends, going on family hikes, and doing online exercise videos on rainy days. Find activities you enjoy to make it fun!Managing stress in a healthy way is also important as we get older. Things like homework, friend drama, and over-scheduling can cause anxiety and tension. I've learned some good techniques like deep breathing, meditating, journaling, and talking to my parents when I'm feeling overwhelmed.Making time for hobbies and doing relaxing activities you love is a great way to de-stress too. For me, that's reading fiction novels, playing with my dog, and listening to music. We all need balance between work/commitments and downtime to recharge. The last big area I'll mention is taking care of your mind and body safety. Wearing protective gear for sports like helmets and mouth guards can prevent injuries. Using sunscreen when you'll be outside for a while blocks harmful UV rays. It's also wise to be cautious about interactions online and with people you don't know well to avoid unsafe situations. Report any harassment, bullying, or concerning behavior to parents and trusted adults right away. Those are some of the big tips I've learned for living a healthy lifestyle! At the end of the day, it's all about nourishingyour body with good foods, getting enough sleep and exercise, managing stress, and making safety a priority. It's not about being perfect, but building consistent healthy habits.I encourage you all to reflect on areas you're doing well and ones you may want to improve. Small changes can lead to big results over time. Let's work together to take care of ourselves so we can grow up strong and successful! Here's to our health!篇2How to Stay HealthyBeing healthy is super important for kids like me. It helps us grow big and strong, and have lots of energy to learn, play sports, and just have fun every day! I'm going to share some tips on how you can stay healthy too.First up, let's talk about food. You've probably heard a million times that you need to eat your vegetables. As much as broccoli and Brussels sprouts can be gross, your parents are right! Fruits and veggies give you so many vitamins and minerals that are essential for your body. Try to eat a rainbow of different colored fruits and veggies to get all the nutrients you need. But eating healthy isn't just about vegetables. You need other food groups too like grains, protein foods, and dairy. Things like whole wheat bread, beans, eggs, cheese, and milk are really good for you. Just don't overdo it on the sugary, salty, fatty snack foods as they don't have a lot of nutrition. My next tip is to drink lots of water! Our bodies are made up of mostly water, so we need to constantly refill. Water is so much better for you than sugary drinks like soda or juice. It has no calories and will keep you hydrated throughout the day. Aim for drinking around 7-8 glasses per day.Exercise is another key to being healthy. You don't have to be a star athlete, but you should try to get at least 60 minutes of physical activity every day. This could be anything that gets your heart pumping like running, biking, basketball, dancing, or just playing tag at recess. Exercise makes your muscles and bones stronger while burning off extra energy.Getting enough sleep is also really important, especially when you're a kid and your body is still growing a ton. Most experts recommend 9-12 hours per night for kids my age. Sleep allows your body and brain to recharge so you can wake up feeling energized. Having a calming bedtime routine like taking abath, reading, or listening to quiet music can help you fall asleep faster.Don't forget to take care of your mental health too! If you're feeling really stressed, anxious or down, talk to a parent, teacher, counselor or other trusted adult about it. Keeping those tough feelings inside can take a big toll. Do activities that you enjoy and that relieve stress like sports, art, music, writing in a journal, or just hanging out with friends. A healthy mind is just as vital as a healthy body. The last thing I'll mention is scheduling regular check-ups with your doctor and dentist. These appointments allow the professionals to make sure you're developing properly and catch any potential issues early before they become big problems. Be sure to ask them any other questions you have about staying healthy. So there you have it - my tips for living a healthy lifestyle! It comes down to eating a balanced diet, drinking enough water, getting plenty of exercise and sleep, taking care of your mental health, and keeping up with your medical check-ups. I know it can be a lot to think about, but even small steps to improve your habits will make a big difference. Your body and mind will thank you!篇3How to Stay HealthyHey guys! I'm just a regular 8th grader, but I've learned a ton about how to stay healthy from my parents, teachers, and stuff I've read online. Staying healthy is super important, not just so you don't get sick, but so you can feel your best and have lots of energy for all the fun things you want to do!I'll share some of the key things I've learned about staying healthy. First up, nutrition! You are what you eat, as they say. Getting the right nutrients from eating a balanced diet with lots of fruits, veggies, whole grains, and lean proteins is crucial. My mom is always bugging me about this one. She makes sure I have a good breakfast every morning to "fuel my body and brain" for the school day.I try to pack a healthy lunch too instead of buying junk food. An apple or banana, a sandwich on whole wheat bread, a yogurt, carrots or other fresh veggies, and a bottle of water. That's a solid lunch to keep me going. For dinner, my family eats stuff like baked chicken, fish, turkey burgers, brown rice, steamed broccoli, you get the idea. Healthy, balanced meals. My parents really limit my intake of sugary foods, fried stuff, and sodas too. That's probably for the best, even though I could go for a donut or bag of chips pretty much any time! They say it's ok as an occasional treat, but not something to have every day. Too much of that junk makes you feel sluggish and gain weight.Another big part of being healthy is exercise. You've got to move that body and get your heart pumping! I play sports at school which helps a lot. Baseball is my main thing, but I'm on the basketball and soccer teams too depending on the season. The coaches run us pretty hard at practice which is great exercise. When I'm not at practice, I still try to be active - going for bike rides, skateboarding with friends, swimming at the pool in summer, or just shooting hoops in the driveway. Anything to get me up and moving instead of just sitting around all day playing video games or watching TV. My parents are cool about letting me have some screen time, but they also kick me outside a lot on nice days.Getting enough sleep is key for health too. Kids my age need like 9-10 hours per night! I'll admit, I'm not always great about this. Sometimes I stay up way too late playing games or browsing my phone. But I definitely notice the difference when Idon't get enough sleep - I'm tired, cranky, have trouble concentrating in class, and just feel run down in general. These days, I try to put my electronics away by 9pm on school nights and get into bed shortly after to unwind with a book or something. My parents enforce a "lights out" time to make sure I'm getting adequate rest. Sleep is when your body rejuvenates and repairs itself, so you've got to make it a priority.Drinking lots of water and staying hydrated is another healthy habit I've adopted. I keep a reusable water bottle with me all day and try to refill it multiple times. Staying hydrated helps your body function properly in every way. It aids digestion, circulation, cognition...everything really!Hygiene is also part of being healthy overall. Things like bathing regularly, brushing and flossing your teeth, wearing deodorant, washing your hands frequently - that type of stuff. Taking care of your body's needs for cleanliness helps prevent sickness and infection. My parents are always nagging me about taking a shower and making sure to use soap properly. Like, come on mom and dad, I've got it!Managing stress is a health factor too, even for kids my age. Schoolwork, friend drama, intense sports practices, just growing up in general - it can all cause a lot of stress and anxiety if you'renot careful. I try to keep things in perspective and remember that in the grand scheme of things, most of the stuff I stress about isn't THAT big a deal. When I'm feeling overwhelmed, I'll take a break and do something I enjoy like reading, playing basketball, listening to music, or just hanging out with my dog and petting him for a while. Having a creative outlet through an activity like art, writing, or making music can help relieve stress too.And of course I can always talk to my parents, teachers, or other trusted adults if something is really weighing on me. Asking for help is not a sign of weakness - it's actually a sign of strength and wisdom. The last big health tip I'll mention is about having a positive mindset and taking care of your mental and emotional health, not just your physical health. This is something I'm still working on, like most people. It's about things like building self-confidence, being grateful and looking at the bright side, thinking positive thoughts, and loving yourself. Don't get down on yourself or beat yourself up over every little mistake or flaw. Treat yourself with kindness, and look for the good in each day.Sometimes I'll write down a few things I'm grateful for in a journal, or make a list of my personal strengths and accomplishments when I'm feeling down. Little tricks like that can boost your spirits and outlook.Anyway, that covers a lot of the main healthy habits and tips I've picked up so far! Eating nutritious foods, exercising regularly, getting enough sleep, drinking water, reducing stress, and cultivating a positive mindset. Following advice like this helps me show up as my best self every day.Well, thanks for reading my essay! Let me know if you have any other tips for how to live a healthy lifestyle. I'm always looking to learn more. Peace out!篇4How to Stay HealthyBeing healthy is really important, especially when you're a kid. It helps you grow up strong, have lots of energy to play with your friends, and stay focused in school. My parents are always telling me I need to eat right, exercise, and get enough sleep to be healthy. At first I didn't really get why it mattered so much, but now I see how being healthy makes me feel better and do better at all the things I care about. One of the biggest parts of staying healthy is eating good food. We all know junk food like chips, candy, and soda isn't good for us, even though it tastes amazing. The trouble is that stuff doesn't have any of the vitamins, minerals, protein, and other nutrients our bodies really need. My mom is super into nutrition and she's taught me what kinds of foods I should be eating every day.For starters, I try to eat a lot of fruits and vegetables. They're packed with vitamins that help keep you from getting sick. Some of my favorites are apples, bananas, carrots, and broccoli. I put them on my lunch every day. Whole grains like whole wheat bread, brown rice, and oatmeal are also really good for you. They give you energy to get through the school day.Protein is another important part of my diet. My parents make sure I eat lean meats like chicken and turkey, as well as other protein sources like eggs, Greek yogurt, beans, and lentils. Protein builds up your muscles and bones as you grow. Of course, you also need some healthy fats in your diet from foods like avocados, nuts, and olive oil. But you don't need a lot since fats are so high in calories.Water is my go-to drink since it hydrates you without any added sugar. I have a reusable water bottle that I refillthroughout the day, especially when I'm active and sweating a lot. My parents let me have 100% fruit juice sometimes, but I try to limit sugary drinks because they're just empty calories. The other key part of being healthy is getting regular exercise. Experts recommend kids get 60 minutes of physical activity every day. I play soccer and basketball, which is a great workout while also being really fun. On top of my sports practices and games, I also like to go for bike rides, take my dog for walks, or shoot hoops with my friends. When the weather is nice, my parents encourage me and my siblings to play outside as much as possible so we can run around and get that physical activity we need. In the winter we'll go sledding, build snowmen, or head to an indoor trampoline park. The key is to keep moving instead of just sitting on the couch playing video games or watching TV all day.Getting enough sleep is another critical part of staying healthy. Kids my age need around 9-11 hours of sleep every night. I'll be honest, I find it really hard to get that much sleep, especially with all my homework, sports, and other activities. But I can really tell the difference in how I feel when I stay up too late. I'm more tired, grumpy, and have trouble concentrating in class the next day.My parents have gotten strict about enforcing a bedtime for me and my siblings on school nights. I'm allowed to stay up a little later on weekends, but not too late. Getting quality sleep helps keep my immune system strong so I don't get sick as often. It also gives my body the rest it needs to keep growing and developing properly. One of the best ways I've found to reduce stress and negative emotions is to stay active through exercise and sports. It's like a natural way to relieve anxiety, anger, or sadness. I also make sure to schedule fun activities with my friends, like going to the movies, the mall, or just hanging out. Maintaining those close friendships is really important for my mental health. At the end of the day, if you want to be healthy, it's all about developing habits and routines around good nutrition, physical activity, sufficient sleep, and caring for your mental篇5How to Stay HealthyHey there, friends! I'm sure you all want to stay healthy and feel great, right? Well, let me share some tips that have worked really well for me. Being healthy is super important, not just forlooking and feeling good, but also for doing well in school, sports, and all the other activities you love.First up, let's talk about food. We all know that junk food tastes amazing, but too much of it can really mess with our health. My advice? Don't cut it out completely (that's no fun!), but try to limit how much you have. Fill up most of your plate with fruits, veggies, lean proteins, and whole grains instead. And drink plenty of water throughout the day – it's the best drink ever!Next, let's discuss exercise. I know, I know, the "E" word can be a bit of a downer. But hear me out! Exercise doesn't have to mean sweating buckets at the gym (unless you're into that sort of thing). There are so many fun ways to get moving, like playing sports with friends, going for family hikes, or even just dancing around your room to your favorite tunes. The key is to find activities you genuinely enjoy, so you'll want to keep doing them.Sleep is another biggie when it comes to staying healthy. I'm sure you've all experienced that zombie-like feeling after a night of tossing and turning. Not fun, right? Most of us need around 9-11 hours of sleep each night to feel our best. So do your best to get to bed at a decent hour, and create a relaxing bedtime routine that helps you wind down.Speaking of winding down, let's chat about stress for a sec. We all deal with it from time to time, whether it's due to schoolwork, friend drama, or just feeling overwhelmed. But too much stress can take a serious toll on our health. That's why it's so important to find healthy ways to manage it, like talking to a trusted friend or adult, practicing relaxation techniques like deep breathing or meditation, or simply taking a break to do something you enjoy. Finally, don't forget about hygiene! I'm talking about the basics here: washing your hands regularly (especially before eating), brushing and flossing your teeth, bathing/showering, and all that good stuff. It might seem like a hassle sometimes, but keeping up with these habits can help prevent all kinds of nasty illnesses. Plus, you'll just feel fresher and more comfortable overall. There you have it, my top tips for staying healthy! I know it might seem like a lot to keep track of, but trust me, it's totally worth it. When you take care of your body and mind, you'll have more energy, feel happier, and be ready to take on whatever comes your way. So what are you waiting for? Start making those healthy choices today, and you'll be well on your way to feeling like a total rockstar!篇6How to Stay HealthyHey guys! It's me again, your friend who's always full of energy and ready to take on the world. Today, I want to talk to you about something super important – staying healthy. I know, I know, it might not sound like the most exciting topic, but trust me, it's crucial if you want to feel your best and make the most of your life.First things first, let's talk about the basics: eating right. I'm sure you've heard this a million times from your parents, teachers, and pretty much every adult in your life, but it's true –you are what you eat. If you want to have enough energy to run around and play with your friends, you need to fuel your body with the right stuff. Now, I'm not saying you have to become a rabbit and only eat carrots and lettuce (although those are pretty tasty too). But you should try to incorporate plenty of fruits, veggies, whole grains, and lean proteins into your diet. And you know what? There are so many delicious and creative ways to do that! For example, you can make a smoothie packed with your favorite fruits, some spinach or kale (don't worry, you won't eventaste it), and a scoop of protein powder. Or, you could whip up a colorful salad with all sorts of crunchy veggies, some grilled chicken or tuna, and a tasty dressing. And let's not forget about snacks – instead of reaching for those greasy chips or sugary candy bars, why not try some trail mix, hummus with carrots and cucumber, or a piece of fresh fruit?Speaking of sugar, I know it's tempting to indulge in all those sweet treats, but too much of it can really mess with your energy levels and your mood. I'm not saying you can never have a cookie or a piece of chocolate (I couldn't live without those either), but try to keep it in moderation.Okay, now that we've covered the food part, let's talk about exercise. I know, I know, the dreaded "E" word. But hear me out –exercise doesn't have to be boring or painful. In fact, it can be a lot of fun, especially if you find an activity that you genuinely enjoy.Maybe you're into team sports like soccer, basketball, or volleyball. Or perhaps you prefer individual activities like running, cycling, or swimming. Heck, even dancing counts as exercise! The key is to find something that gets your heart pumping and your body moving. And you know what's great about exercise? It's not just good for your physical health; it also does wonders for your mental well-being. When you're active, your body releases all sorts of happy chemicals called endorphins, which can boost your mood and help you feel more relaxed and focused. But staying healthy isn't just about what you eat and how much you move – it's also about taking care of your mind and your emotions. Stress and anxiety can take a serious toll on your overall well-being, so it's crucial to find healthy ways to manage them. One great way to do that is through mindfulness practices like meditation or deep breathing exercises. Even just a few minutes of quiet reflection and focused breathing can work wonders for calming your mind and reducing stress levels.Another important aspect of mental health is getting enough sleep. I know it can be tempting to stay up latebinge-watching your favorite shows or scrolling through social media, but trust me, your body and mind need that rest. Aim for at least 8-10 hours of sleep each night, and try to establish a consistent sleep routine. And finally, don't underestimate the power of social connections. Spending time with friends and loved ones, whether it's hanging out at the park, going to a movie, or just chatting and laughing together, can do wonders for your mental and emotional health.Alright, I know I've thrown a lot of information at you, but I promise, it's all for a good cause – your health and happiness. Remember, taking care of your body and mind isn't just a chore; it's an investment in your future self. So, let's make a pact, you and me. Let's commit to making healthy choices, whether it's choosing a nutritious snack, going for a jog, or practicing some deep breathing exercises whenwe're feeling stressed. It might not be easy all the time, but I promise, it'll be worth it.Together, we can build habits that will serve us well for years to come. Who's with me?。

My name is Emily and I'm a 6th grader. Today I want to talk to you about something really important - how to stay healthy and fit. As kids, it's super crucial that we take care of our bodies so we can grow up strong and energized to take on all the awesome adventures life has in store for us!First off, let's talk about eating right. I know, I know, vegetables aren't always the most exciting things on our plates. But eating a balanced diet with fruits, veggies, whole grains, andlean proteins is key to giving our bodies the nutrients they need. My mom is always saying "You've got to eat a rainbow!" Meaning we should fill our plates with foods of different colors to get a variety of vitamins and minerals. One of my favorite healthy snacks is apple slices with a little bit of peanut butter for dipping. The apples give me fiber and vitamins, while the peanut butter has protein to keep me feeling fuller for longer. Carrots and hummus are another yummy option that's packed with nutrients.Breakfast is also a really important meal because it gives you energy for the whole day ahead. Instead of sugary cereals that'll just make you crash later, opt for something like oatmeal topped with fresh berries and a sprinkle of nuts or seeds. You could also do a parfait with Greek yogurt, granola, and fruit. So tasty and filling! One of my favorite ways to stay active is by playing soccer with my friends after school. We'll kick the ball around, practice dribbling and passing drills, and sometimes even have mini games where we split into teams. It's a blast and we all work up a sweat without even realizing it.If team sports aren't really your thing, no worries! Any kind of movement counts towards that 60 minute goal. You could gofor a walk or hike with your family, jump on the trampoline in your backyard, or look up a fun exercise video on YouTube to follow along with. As long as you're getting your heart rate up and having fun, that's what matters most.Speaking of fun, it's also crucial to make sure we're taking breaks from schoolwork and responsibilities to simply play and be kids. Running around outside, using our imaginations, laughing with friends - these things are so beneficial for our mental and emotional health too. I always feel happier and more relaxed after silly free playtime like that.Lastly, let's not forget about the importance of good sleep habits. When we were really little, we may have resisted nap time. But now that we're older, we have to make sure we're still getting enough quality sleep each night. Between 9-12 hours is the recommended amount for school-aged kids our age.A good bedtime routine can help with this. Things like taking a warm bath or shower, reading a book, or doing some gentle stretches can signal to our bodies that it's time to start winding down. It's best to shut off screens like TVs, computers, and phones at least an hour before bedtime too since that blue light can make it harder to fall asleep.Well, those are some of my top tips for staying healthy and feeling your best! 如何保持健康英语作文身体饮食心理方面全文共6篇示例,供读者参考篇1How to Stay Healthy and HappyHi there! I'm going to tell you all about how to stay healthy and happy. Staying healthy is really important for kids like us. It helps us grow big and strong, and have lots of energy to play and learn. Plus, it makes us feel great too! There are three main things we need to focus on to be healthy: our bodies, our food, and our minds. Let me explain each one.Keeping Our Bodies HealthyOur bodies are pretty amazing machines that allow us to run, jump, play sports, and just have fun. But to keep them working right, we need to take care of them. One of the best ways is to exercise every day. Exercise simply means getting active and moving our bodies around. It gets our hearts pumping and our muscles working. Some fun exercises are riding bikes, playing tag or jump rope at recess, going for hikes with your family, or taking swimlessons. You can also join a sports team like soccer, basketball, or dance. Aim for at least 60 minutes of exercise daily, but remember, every little bit helps!Exercise isn't just good for our bodies though. It also helps reduce stress and makes us feel more relaxed and happier. When篇2How to Stay Healthy and HappyHi there! My name is Jamie and I'm a 10-year-old kid who loves staying healthy. I want to share with you some tips on how to take good care of your body, eat the right foods, and keep your mind feeling great too!Physical HealthOne of the most important things for staying healthy is being physically active. That means getting up and moving your body instead of just sitting around all day. Exercise is so much fun - it gets your heart pumping and gives you more energy. My favorite way to exercise is by playing sports with my friends. We love soccer, basketball, and swimming at the pool or beach. Even running around at the park or riding our bikes counts as exercise. Anything that gets you moving is a win!You should try to get at least 60 minutes of physical activity every single day. It's okay if it's split up into a few shorter bursts like 20 minutes of playing tag at recess, a 30 minute sports practice after school, and a family walk around the neighborhood in the evening.Exercise makes your muscles stronger, improves flexibility, builds endurance to keep going, and even helps your bones grow! It's also a natural way to stay at a healthy weight. Too much sitting can lead to gaining extra pounds that are hard on your body.In addition to moving every day, it's important to get enough sleep each night. Kids my age need between 9-12 hours of solid rest to wake up feeling recharged. Sleeping gives your body a chance to restore itself for a new day. If you don't get enough rest, you'll be dragging and won't have full energy for activities.Dietary HealthWhat you eat makes a huge difference in how you feel and how healthy your body is. There are so many delicious, nourishing foods that give you vitamins, minerals, protein, fiber and other nutrients to grow properly. For breakfast, I love foods like whole grain cereal or oatmeal topped with fresh fruit and low-fat milk or yogurt. The fiber fills me up and gives me lasting energy to concentrate well at school.Other super healthy breakfast options are whole wheat toast with natural peanut butter, eggs, or smoothies blended with veggies like spinach (it doesn't taste as yucky as it sounds!).For lunch and dinner, I aim to make half of my plate fruits and veggies. From juicy applesauce to crispy carrot sticks, there are so many yummy ways to enjoy produce. My favorites are berries, oranges, broccoli, bell peppers, and leafy greens. The other half of my plate has whole grains like brown rice or quinoa, and lean protein like baked chicken, fish, beans or lentils. Small portions of healthy fats like avocado or nuts are okay too. They keep me satisfied until my next meal. One of the most important tips is to drink water instead of sugary beverages like soda or juice. Staying hydrated with water gives you more energy and is so much better for you. Finally, it's okay to have a treat like ice cream or a couple of cookies every once in a while as long as you're also eating healthy, balanced meals and not overdoing it on sweets.Mental HealthTaking care of your mind and spirit is just as critical as the physical side. Feeling happy, calm and positive makes a big difference in your overall well-being.One thing that always boosts my mood is spending quality time with family and friends, laughing and having fun together. Things like game nights, arts and crafts projects, or playing outside make amazing memories. It's also really important to handle difficult emotions in a healthy way. If I'm feeling sad, angry, worried or stressed out, I know it helps to talk about those feelings with my parents or other trusted adults instead of keeping everything bottled up inside.Activities like drawing, dancing, playing with pets, or just taking a few deep breaths can relax me when I'm upset. I also keep a gratitude journal to remind myself of all the good things I have to be thankful for.In our hyper-busy, digital world, it's so easy to get overwhelmed sometimes. That's why I always make sure to schedule downtime to unwind without screens or other distractions. Reading books, playing quietly with toys, or just daydreaming lets my brain relax. Finally, getting outside to enjoy nature is one of the best ways to reduce stress and reset. I love hiking in the woods, watching clouds pass by, and observing cool bugs and animals in their habitats. Being out in the fresh air and sunshine clears my mind and reminds me how amazing our planet is.So those are my thoughts on staying healthy from head to toe! Balance is key - fuel your body with good stuff, move as much as possible, and nurture your heart and mind too. It's not that hard, and it allows you to live your happiest, most energetic life as a kid. What could be better than that?篇3How to Stay HealthyHi friends! Today I want to talk to you about how to stay healthy. Being healthy is really important for growing big and strong, having lots of energy to play, and just feeling great overall. There are three main things we need to focus on - our bodies, our diet, and our minds. Let's dive in!Physical HealthThe first part of staying healthy is taking care of our physical bodies. That means getting plenty of exercise and activity everyday. Exercise is when we move our bodies in ways that get our hearts pumping and our muscles working. One of the best forms of exercise for kids is simply playing! Running around at recess, jumping rope, riding bikes, swimming, playing sports like soccer or basketball - all of those count as exercise. Aim for at least an hour of active play or exercise each day.Exercise has so many great benefits. It makes our hearts stronger, builds muscle, strengthens our bones and joints, and boosts our energy levels. It can even help us sleep better at night! Not to mention, being active is just really fun.Another important part of physical health is getting enough sleep. We need lots of rest to recharge our bodies and brains. Most kids need between 9-12 hours of sleep every night. Ifyou're feeling grumpy or tired during the day, that's a sign you may need more sleep.Try to develop a calming bedtime routine to help you wind down for sleep. Things like taking a warm bath, reading a book, or listening to quiet music can all help prepare your body for slumber.Dietary HealthWhat we put into our bodies is also a huge part of staying healthy. A nutritious diet gives us the energy and nutrients we need to grow, learn, and thrive. Here are some tips for eating well:• Eat lots of fruits and veggies - they're packed with vitamins, minerals, fiber and antioxidants. Try to eat a rainbow of colors!• Choose whole grains like oats, brown rice, and whole wheat bread instead of refined grains.• Get protein from lean meats, eggs, beans, nuts and seeds. Protein builds strong muscles.• Drink plenty of water and milk instead of sugary beverages like soda. Water keeps us hydrated.• Allow yourself an occasional treat, but don't overdo it on sweets, chips, fries and other junk foods.Eating a balanced diet helps our bodies function at their best. It gives us lasting energy, supports growth and development, and can prevent things like obesity, diabetes, and other health problems down the road.Mental and Emotional HealthOur physical and dietary health are super important, but we also have to pay attention to our mental and emotional wellbeing. This means taking care of our minds and feelings, not just our bodies. One way to nurture good mental health is by managing stress in a positive way. As kids, we may feel stressed by things like schoolwork, activities, friends, or even family issues. When we feel overwhelmed, it's okay to take a break. Go outside and play, talk to a trusted friend or adult about what's bothering you, write in a journal, or listen to calming music. It's also really important for our mental health to spend quality time with loved ones. Playing, laughing, and being silly together helps boost our moods and create happy memories. Strong relationships with family and friends are so valuable.Another great way to care for our minds is to keep learning and exploring new things! Read books on topics you're curious about, take up a new hobby like art or music, or join a club related to your interests. Feeding our minds and staying engaged helps keep us mentally sharp and emotionally fulfilled. Finally, one of the best things we can do for our overall wellbeing is to practice gratitude. That means taking time to notice and appreciate the good things in our lives, no matterhow small. Maybe you're grateful for your family, your pet, your favorite book or toy, or just a beautiful sunny day. Gratitude helps us stay positive and content. So there you have it - the keys to staying healthy from head to toe! Take care of your body through exercise and sleep, nourish yourself with good foods, and don't forget to care for your mind and spirit too. Healthy kids not only grow stronger, but they're able to learn, play, and enjoy life to the fullest. Here's to your health!篇4How to Stay HealthyBeing healthy is really important for kids like me. When we're healthy, we can play, learn, and have lots of fun! But staying healthy isn't always easy. There are lots of things to think about, like what we eat, how much we exercise, and even how we feel in our minds. Let me share some tips on how to stay healthy in body, diet, and mind!Body HealthOne of the biggest parts of staying healthy is taking care of our bodies. That means getting plenty of exercise and activityevery day. Exercise helps our hearts get stronger, builds our muscles, and keeps us from gaining too much weight. It's recommended that kids get at least 60 minutes of physical activity per day! Some great ways to exercise include playing sports like soccer, basketball, or swimming. But you don't have to join a team to stay active. Just running around outside, riding your bike, jumping rope, or dancing counts too! The key is to find activities you enjoy so exercising feels like fun, not work. It's also important to get enough sleep each night. Kids my age need around 9-12 hours of sleep to stay healthy and focused. When we don't get enough sleep, we can feel grumpy, have trouble paying attention, and even get sick more easily. Having a regular bedtime routine like taking a bath, reading a book, and going to bed at the same time each night can help ensure we get the rest we need.Diet HealthWhat we put into our bodies is just as important as physical activity for staying healthy. We need to eat a balanced diet with plenty of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean proteins, and healthy fats. These nutrient-rich foods give our bodies energy, help us grow properly, and keep our minds sharp. On the other hand, we should limit how much junk food like chips, candy, soda, and fast food we eat. These foods are high in sugar, salt, and unhealthy fats that can lead to weight gain, heart issues, and other health problems down the road if we eat too much of them. It's okay to have a treat now and then, but we can't just eat whatever we want whenever we're hungry. Making smart choices like grabbing an apple instead of cookies for a snack or drinking water or milk instead of sugary juices can go a long way.We should also make sure we're drinking plenty of water throughout the day to stay hydrated. Our bodies need water to work properly and stay cool, especially when we're running and playing hard.Mental HealthStaying healthy isn't just about our bodies and what we eat though - our minds and emotions are important too! Having positive mental health allows us to cope with life's ups and downs, build strong relationships with family and friends, and reach our full potential. One key to mental wellness is managing stress in a healthy way. School, activities, friendship issues, and family problems canall make kids feel anxious or overwhelmed at times. When I start feeling stressed, I like to take some deep breaths, talk to a parent or teacher about what's bothering me, spend time on a favorite hobby, or just take a break and do something relaxing. It's also vital to get regular physical activity and eat a nutritious diet, as these habits support mental health too. Things like getting outside, engaging in creative play, and practicing mindfulness or meditation can be calming as well.At the end of the day, developing a positive self-image is one of the biggest contributors to mental wellness for kids. We need to be kind to ourselves, celebrate our strengths and talents, and not be too hard on ourselves when we make mistakes. Surrounding ourselves with encouraging friends and loved ones who make us feel good about who we are is so important. As you can see, there are lots of different things to think about when it comes to staying healthy, from eating right and exercising to getting enough sleep and taking care of our emotional needs. It can seem like a lot, but just taking it one step at a time and making healthy choices as often as we can will go a long way! Our minds and bodies will thank us for making our health a priority.篇5How to Stay Healthy and HappyHi there! If you don't get enough sleep, you might feel grumpy, have trouble concentrating, and even get sick more easily. Now, let's move on to diet and nutrition. Eating a balanced, healthy diet is crucial for our bodies to function properly and have the energy we need to learn, play, and grow. My parents always remind me to eat plenty of fruits and veggies, as they're packed with vitamins, minerals, and fiber that our bodies need. Some of my favorites are apples, carrots, broccoli, and strawberries. We also need to eat foods with protein, like lean meats, eggs, beans, and nuts, as they help build and repair our muscles and tissues. And don't forget about whole grains like brown rice and whole-wheat bread – they give us long-lasting energy throughout the day.Drinking plenty of water is also super important for staying healthy. Water helps our bodies carry nutrients to our cells, flush out toxins, and keep our skin looking great. I always keep a water bottle with me and try to drink at least 6-8 cups of water every day.Lastly, let's talk about psychological health, which is just as important as physical health. It's all about taking care of our minds and emotions. One way to do this is by practicing mindfulness and relaxation techniques like deep breathing, meditation, or yoga. These can help us calm down when we feel stressed or anxious. It's also important to have a positive outlook on life and focus on the things we're grateful for. Every night before bed, I like to think about three good things that happened that day, no matter how small. It could be something as simple as my mom packing my favorite snack in my lunchbox or my friend sharing their toy with me during recess.Speaking of friends, spending time with people we care about is another key to psychological health. Having strong relationships and feeling connected to others can make us happier, less lonely, and more resilient when facing challenges.I'm so lucky to have amazing friends and family members who support me and make me laugh. We love having game nights, going on picnics, or just hanging out and chatting about our day.Lastly, it's important to find activities and hobbies that we enjoy and that help us express ourselves. For me, that's reading, writing stories, and drawing pictures. When I'm feeling down or stressed, I can always turn to these outlets to lift my mood and remind myself of the things I love. So, there you have it – my tips for staying healthy and happy in mind, body, and spirit! Remember, it's all about balance and taking care of ourselves in different ways. If we eat nutritious foods, exercise regularly, get enough sleep, and nurture our minds and relationships, we'll be well on our way to living our happiest, healthiest lives.I hope these tips have been helpful! Let me know if you have any other questions or if you want to share your own favorite healthy habits. Here's to feeling our very best!篇6Certainly! Here's an essay on "How to Stay Healthy" written from the perspective of an elementary school student, with a length of around 2000 words. The language used is in English. How to Stay HealthyHi there! My name is Emma, and I'm 10 years old. Today, I want to talk to you about something really important – staying healthy! It's not just about looking good or feeling great (although those are definitely nice perks), but being healthy is crucial for living a long and happy life.Let's start with the basics: our bodies. We all know that exercise is good for us, but do you know why? Well, when we exercise, our hearts pump faster, and our muscles work harder. This helps to make our bodies stronger and more flexible. It also helps to keep our weight in a healthy range, which is important for preventing all sorts of health problems like heart disease and diabetes. My favorite way to exercise is by playing outside with my friends. We love to chase each other around the park, play tag, and climb trees. Sometimes, we even have races to see who can run the fastest! But you don't have to be a star athlete to get exercise – even walking to school or doing chores around the house can help keep you active.Another important part of staying healthy is eating the right foods. I know, I know – veggies aren't always the most exciting thing on the plate. But trust me, they're packed with all sorts of vitamins and minerals that our bodies need to grow and function properly. My mom always makes sure we have plenty of fruits and vegetables at every meal, and I've learned to love them (especially when she lets me dip them in ranch dressing!).We also need to eat plenty of whole grains, like bread, rice, and pasta, as well as lean proteins like chicken, fish, and beans. These foods give us the energy we need to play, learn, and grow. And don't forget about dairy products like milk and cheese –they're great sources of calcium, which helps to build strong bones and teeth. But staying healthy isn't just about our bodies – it's also about our minds. Feeling happy, relaxed, and confident is just as important as eating right and exercising. One way to keep our minds healthy is by getting plenty of sleep. When we'rewell-rested, we have more energy, we can concentrate better, and we're less likely to feel cranky or stressed out.Another way to keep our minds healthy is by spending time with our friends and family. Laughing, playing, and sharing our feelings with the people we love can make us feel happy and supported. It's also important to find healthy ways to deal with stress, like taking deep breaths, writing in a journal, or talking to a trusted adult when we're feeling overwhelmed. Finally, we need to take care of our bodies by practicing good hygiene. This means brushing our teeth twice a day, washing our hands regularly (especially before eating and after using the bathroom), and taking regular baths or showers. Staying clean helps to prevent the spread of germs and illnesses, which can make us sick and miss out on all the fun stuff we love to do.So, there you have it – my tips for staying healthy! Remember, it's all about taking care of our bodies, minds, and souls. When we eat right, exercise regularly, get enough sleep, and surround ourselves with love and support, we're well on our way to living long, happy, and healthy lives. And who knows? Maybe if we all work together to stay healthy, we can make the world a better place, too! After all, healthy people have the energy and strength to chase their dreams, help others, and make a real difference in their communities. So, what are you waiting for? Let's get out there and start living our healthiest lives! It's never too early (or too late) to start taking care of ourselves. Trust me, your future self will thank you.。
如何保持身体健康英语作文六年级全文共3篇示例,供读者参考篇1How to Stay HealthyBeing healthy is really important for kids my age. If we aren't healthy, it's hard to have energy to play sports and games with our friends. It's also difficult to concentrate and do well in school when we don't feel good physically. My parents and teachers are always telling me about the importance of taking care of my body and making healthy choices. Here are some of the key things I've learned about how to stay healthy:Eat a Balanced DietOne of the most important things for staying healthy is eating the right foods. We need to get enough fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean protein, and healthy fats in our diet every day. My mom packs a balanced lunch for me with things like a sandwich on whole wheat bread, carrot sticks, an apple, and a cheese stick. At dinner, we try to have a lean protein like chicken or fish along with vegetables and a whole grain like brown rice or quinoa. It's also important to limit unhealthy foods that are high in salt, sugar, and saturated fats. Things like chips, cookies, candy, fried foods, and sodas should only be occasional treats, not everyday foods. Too much of these can lead to weight gain, high blood pressure, heart disease, and other health issues down the road.My parents let me have a sugary cereal or dessert after eating a nutritious meal, but they don't let me overdo it on the junk food. Sometimes it's tempting when my friends are eating pizza, ice cream, and other treats, but I know it's better for me to eat those in moderation.Get Enough SleepAnother vital part of being healthy is making sure I get enough sleep each night. Kids my age need between 9-12 hours of sleep per night to be well-rested. When I don't get enough sleep, I feel grumpy, have a hard time paying attention in class, and just feel kind of blah overall. To help me get adequate sleep, I have a set bedtime of 9pm on school nights. Before bed, I stick to a relaxing routine like taking a bath, reading for pleasure, and doing some light stretches. I avoid looking at screens like my tablet, phone, or TVfor at least an hour before bedtime since the blue light can disrupt my body's sleep cycle. My parents are strict about me getting enough rest because they know how important it is for my health, growth, and ability to function well during the day. As I get older, I'll need slightly less sleep, but it will always be a priority.Exercise RegularlyPhysical activity and exercise is crucial for kids to stay healthy, strong, and energized. I make sure to get at least 60 minutes of exercise per day through a combination of gym class at school, active play at recess, and after-school sports or activities. Some days I play soccer or basketball with my friends. Other days I go for a bike ride, do exercises videos at home, or activities like jumping on my backyard trampoline. Getting my heart rate up and moving my body makes me feel refreshed andde-stressed after a long day of sitting at school. In addition to aerobic activities, it's also good for building strong muscles and bones to do some light strength training with kid-friendly resistance bands or my own body weight doingpush-ups, squats, and lunges. My gym teacher goes over proper form with us so we don't get injured while exercising.Staying Active and Playing OutdoorsIn addition to dedicated exercise time, it's important for me to stay physically active and spend time outdoors being active. My parents encourage me to play outside as much as possible instead of staying cooped up in the house looking at screens and devices. After I finish my homework, I love going outsideand playing tag, riding bikes, walking the dog, or exploring nature areas near my house. Getting fresh air and being active does wonders for both my physical and mental health. When the weather is nice, my family also loves going for hikes, having picnics at the park, or embarking on camping adventures.Unplugging from tech and reconnecting with nature is calming for me. It allows me to use my creativity, build physical strength and endurance, and just be a kid! My parents say staying active outdoors builds healthy habits for life.Prioritize HygienePart of taking care of my overall health includes practicing good hygiene habits. This means taking baths or showersregularly, washing my hands before eating and after using the bathroom, brushing my teeth twice a day, and keeping my living areas clean and germ-free.Good hygiene prevents me from getting sick from viruses and bacteria. It also helps me avoid issues like body odor, cavities, and other unpleasant issues as I go through puberty. My parents have given me deodorant, facial cleaners, and other personal care products to start using at this age.I always make sure to wash my hands thoroughly and use hand sanitizer when out in public to avoid picking up illnesses. At home, my chores include tasks like keeping my bedroom tidy, doing my laundry, and disinfecting surfaces to cut down on germs. It takes effort, but prioritizing hygiene goes a long way for health.Stay HydratedDrinking enough water and fluids is key for keeping my body properly hydrated. When I'm dehydrated, I can get headaches, tiredness, dry skin, muscle cramps, and other issues that affect how I feel.I always keep a reusable water bottle with me and make an effort to drink water throughout the day -- with meals, betweenclasses, after playing sports, etc. I avoid drinking too many sugary juices or sodas since those can actually contribute to dehydration. On hot days or when I'm exercising heavily, I may also drink sports drinks with electrolytes if I've been sweating a lot. But in general, good old water is what I reach for to quench my thirst and stay hydrated.Manage Stress in a Healthy WayEven as a kid, I experience stress from things like schoolwork, activities, friends, and just facing new challenges every day. An important part of overall health is learning to manage stress in a positive way. Some stress is normal and even beneficial as it helps me grow. However, too much stress can take a toll on my emotional and physical wellbeing. When I'm feeling anxious or overwhelmed, I've learned some coping strategies that help relieve the pressure.Simple techniques like taking deep breaths, meditating or praying, journaling, talking to my parents or a school counselor, or doing an enjoyable hobby all allow me to hit the "reset"button. Exercise is also a great way for me to blow off steam after a hard day.I know it's important to have balance between responsibilities like chores and schoolwork and making time for fun, relaxation, and things I'm passionate about. My parents are understanding when I need a "mental health" night to simply relax, rest, and re-energize.Build a Support SystemFinally, having a strong support system is vital to being healthy in mind, body, and spirit. My family is there to look out for me, provide guidance and discipline when needed, and cheer me on in my endeavors. Having parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles, and other trusted adults in my life who care about my well-being gives me a big confidence boost. My friends are another key part of my support network. We understand each other, can talk about issues we're facing, and keep each other motivated to make healthy choices. Having a close circle of kind, trustworthy peers makes a big difference.I'm fortunate to also have teachers, coaches, counselors and other mentors at school who want me to thrive. They teach me important life skills, set high expectations, and are invested in myoverall success, not just my grades. With so many caring people in my corner, I feel empowered to take charge of my health. In ConclusionAs I get older, maintaining my health will continue to be one of my top priorities. It's not just about looking or feeling good today, but about building habits that will last a lifetime. With the right strategies in place – a balanced diet, sufficient sleep, regular exercise, good hygiene, managing stress, and a strong support system – I'm giving my mind and body what it needs to grow, develop, and live with vitality.Of course, being healthy is a process with ups and downs. Some weeks I'll make better choices than others. But as long as I'm trying my best and course-correcting when needed, I'm doing what's most important. After all, my health is one of the greatest assets I have as a young person. Taking care of it has to be non-negotiable if I want to live fully and achieve all my hopes and dreams. I'm committed to making that a reality.篇2How to Stay HealthyBeing a kid in the 6th grade, I've learned that it's really important to take care of my health. My parents and teachers arealways reminding me about the importance of eating right, exercising, getting enough sleep, and taking care of my body and mind. At first, I didn't really understand why they kept nagging me about it, but now I realize how crucial it is to develop healthy habits when you're young. One of the key things for staying healthy is having a balanced diet. That means eating a variety of foods from all the different food groups – fruits, vegetables, grains, proteins, and dairy. My mom packs a healthy lunch for me every day with a sandwich on whole wheat bread, an apple or banana, carrot sticks, and a yogurt. She also makes sure we have a nutritious dinner at home with lean protein like chicken or fish, plenty of veggies, and a small portion of whole grains like brown rice or quinoa.I used to be a really picky eater and only wanted to eat pizza, chicken nuggets, and fries all the time. But my parents kept encouraging me to try new foods, and now I've discovered that I actually like a lot of healthy options if they're prepared in a tasty way. Grilled salmon with teriyaki sauce is one of my favorites, and I've also grown to love things like stir-fries with lots of colorful veggies.Staying hydrated is another important part of a healthy lifestyle. I always have a reusable water bottle with me and try to drink water throughout the day instead of sugary drinks like soda or juice boxes. When I'm properly hydrated, I feel more energetic and alert.Exercise and physical activity are just as vital as healthy eating. The recommendation is for kids my age to get at least 60 minutes of moderate to vigorous exercise daily. I really enjoy being part of my school's soccer team because it keeps me active while having fun with my friends. We have practices twice a week after school and games on the weekends. On top of my soccer practices and games, I try to stay active in other ways too. My family and I will go on hikes or bike rides together on the weekends. Or sometimes I'll just play around outside, shooting hoops in our driveway basketball hoop or running around the backyard with my dog. Any physical activity that gets your body moving and heart篇3How to Stay HealthyBeing healthy is super important for kids like me. If we aren't healthy, we can't learn, play sports, or hang out with friends aswell. Staying healthy helps our bodies and minds work their best. There are a few key things I try to do to take care of my health.First, I make sure to eat a balanced diet with lots of nutritious foods. We learned about the food pyramid in school, and I try to eat things from all the different groups each day. In the morning, I have a bowl of whole grain cereal with low-fat milk and some fruit. I pack a healthy lunch and snacks like a turkey sandwich, baby carrots, yogurt, and an apple. For dinner, my parents make lean meats, whole grains, veggies, and low-fat dairy options.I do allow myself an occasional treat because I'm a kid after all! But I try not to overdo it on junk foods, sodas, and sweets. Too much of that stuff isn't good for my growing body. I drink water or milk instead of sugary juice or soda most of the time.Another important part of staying healthy is being physically active. The CDC recommends kids get 60 minutes of physical activity every day! I play outside at recess, take gym class, and play sports after school. My favorites are soccer, basketball, and running around at the park or playground with my friends. On weekends or after school, I also do fun activities like riding bikes, going for hikes, swimming at the pool, or playing active video games. I try to limit my recreational screen time to just an hour or two per day because being sedentary too muchisn't good. Getting my heart pumping regularly keeps me feeling great!Getting enough sleep is the third key to staying healthy that I always keep in mind. Kids my age need around 9-12 hours of sleep each night to be well-rested. I have a bedtime routine where I take a bath, brush my teeth, read for a little bit, and then lights out by 9pm on school nights. I feel a lot better getting quality sleep compared to when I stay up way too late.Even with a healthy lifestyle though, it's normal for kids to get sick sometimes with a cold, flu, or other illness. When I do get sick, I make sure to get the rest I need to recover instead of trying to push through it. I drinks lots of fluids, take medicines if needed with my parents' approval, and stay home from school until my symptoms go away. Getting plenty of rest allows my body to bounce back quicker.I also go for regular check-ups at my doctor and dentist to make sure I stay on top of my overall health and development. I'm honest about any concerns with my doctor, get all my vaccinations on schedule, and follow my doctor's advice. Taking care of my teeth by brushing twice a day and flossing regularly is important too since dental health impacts overall health.Of course, there are other things that contribute to being healthy for kids too - like washing your hands frequently, wearing sunscreen and helmets for protection, and avoiding drug use, alcohol, and smoking. But eating a balanced diet, being physically active daily, getting enough sleep, and taking care of myself when sick are some of the biggest things I focus on.Even though I'm still a kid, I know how crucial it is to build healthy habits now that will hopefully stick with me for life. Developing healthy routines in these key areas makes me feel energized, happy, and ready to take on each day. While it's not always easy to make healthy choices, I know it's the smartest thing I can do for my body and mind. After all, my health is one of my most valuable possessions!。
How to stay healthy
Would you like to keep healthy like the others do? Now let me tell you something about staying healthy.
1. Food. To keep yourself healthy, you shouldn't eat something that have too much oil, calory or salt. For that can cause a lot of diseases. The right way to keep healthy is to eat more vegetables and fruits.
2. Exercise. Another way which is always be ignored is to excercise more. An average of steps a normal adult have per day is 10000 - 15000. Y ou'll find yourself more healthy after changing the steps to 15000 - 20000 per day, and you'll get more fit easily by that.
That's my own easy methods of staying healthy. I'll be glad if you have any ideas about that and have a discussion with me!
2.运动

When I was in junior high, I started to play basketball in school. At that time, I found I had loved deeply this sport. Now, I would like to watch basketball games as much as I can. The basketball games have given me the most wonderful time in my life.

MySpringFestival
Last year’s Spring Festival is special. My uncle and my aunt came back from Shanghai. My family were very happy to keep the Spring Festival with them. And it was the most exciting festival of all the festivals.
On New Y ear’s Eve, my father and my uncle (转载自第一范文网,请保留此标记。
)talked about their work together. My mum did some cooking with my aunt Grandparents and I watched the New Y ear TV programmes. At about six o’clock, we had a special family dinner. We all thought the dumplings were delic ious.
On the first day of the New Y ear, we visited our relatives. In the afternoon, we went shopping in Jiefanf Road. My uncle bought some Jay’s CDs. He likes Jay’s music very much. There were so many people on the road. It was more alive than any other time of a year.
On the second and the third days, we spent a wonderful weekend in the country. There were much bigger trees than in the city. And the animals were more beautiful than in the city. We all enjoyed ourselves.
I had an interesting Spring Festival. How about you?
4.出游
An unforgetful trip
I went Chong Qing in July 22.It is a city which was built near mountains. So people call it Mountain City\. In Chong Qing,I went to the Red Stone Center, to see the places w hich the prisoners lived in the past. It is a terrible and awful trip. There are a lot of dogs, and soldiers with guns near the prisons. And most of the prisons are good, they didn't want to tell the bad people where the other people were. They lived in very small houses. No good food to eat, no good water to drink. They had only twenty minutes to stay out side per day but they still said nothing.
I think they are the heros in that century. I will follow their spirit.
