Serving as the only global online trading platform of Alibaba, AliExpress marks its official debut in April 2010, also known as the “International Version of Taobao” by the majority of sellers. AliExpress is a platform for overseas buyers, with payment realized through Alipay international accounts, and the products are shipped by international express. After several years, the transaction volume of the platform develops at an average annual growth rate of 400% currently. The top trading countries are Russia, the United States, Brazil, Spain, Britain, France, Canada, Australia, Israel, and Ukraine etc. By March of the year 2013, the buyers of AliExpress have covered more than 220 countries and regions. It covers clothing, 3C, home, jewelry and other 26 categories of products. The daily visit of overseas buyers exceeds 50 million. In May 2017, Alibaba announced that AliExpress has covered all B&R countries and regions, whose users from B&R countries and regions account for over 45% of all global users. Also, Russia, Ukraine, Israel, Belarus and Poland are among the top five countries in purchasing power.
