旅行社诚信公约

为了树立旅游行业的新形象,旅行社必须诚实于旅游、取信于游客,更好的保障旅游消费者的合法权益,倡导旅行社之间合法、公平的竞争,实行行业自律,并接受社会监督。

一、坚决执行国家的法律、法规,自觉履行行业行规,维护旅游市场的正常秩序。

二、以与时俱进、奋发有为的精神,努力营造诚信氛围,坚持工作有针对性、有时效性。

三、在旅游业务经营活动中,旅行社应反对和抵制不正当竞争,对游客、不搞假、不哄骗,树立良好的商业道德,建立完善的售后服务体系。

四、在接待工作中,旅行社接待人员对游客应一视同仁,以礼相待,主动与旅游者签订旅游合同,出具正规发票,为旅游者提供约定的各项服务,所提供的服务不低于国家标准或行业标准,不向旅游者介绍和提供国家明令禁止的非旅游项目。

五、旅行社与接待单位应签订合同,建立合理的劳务佣金制度,旅行社明确导游人员合理的劳动报酬,不得向导游人员收取“人头费”或变相“人头费”。

六、旅行社在经营中,坚决杜绝使用“黑车”、“野导”,严格按照核准的经营范围开展业务,不私设无证经营部。

七、旅行社应建立导游人员年度培训制度,上岗导游人员全年集中培训时间不少于5天(40小时)。导游人员在带导过程中,不得有损害国家利益、民族尊严的言行和舆论;应持证上岗,规范讲解,提倡文明服务、遵守社会公德;不向旅游者以明示或暗示的方式索要小费,不与经营者串通欺骗、胁迫旅游者消费,不私收旅游接待单位的现金回扣。
